That is not at all how the 5th Amendment is supposed to work, and it's a fucking shame that someone sworn to protect and serve the community would hide behind such a justification. Everyone deserves the protections of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but an officer who has not been charged with anything shouldn't be able to hide behind the 5th Amendment. This is a coworker, after all, not a damn spouse.

I am not a photog so this is just speculation: Photos are a big deal to photogs because they're intellectual property. When you pay them to take the photos, you're paying them for the labor and the hosting of a gallery. What you're not paying them for is the right to use their intellectual property at your discretion from now til infinity. If you want to use those photos, you need their permission and if you want to print them, you've gotta go through them. The watermark is so that you can't do that all yourself, basically so you can't steal their intellectual property.

I guarantee there's 50x more cheating in college than pro sports. And in a league where a 3rd string QB can lead a team to a national championship I don't think the word "fair" really has a whole lot of meaning. Teams are stacked.

Curious to see what everyone here thinks. I am from CT so all my friends are either Pats or Jets fans; lots of bias. I think this sets a VERY dangerous precedent for future decisions. If you can be suspended 4 games for "more likely than not having a general knowledge" of these illegal activities, you could probably suspend the entire Seahawks championship team (SB XLVIII) for "more likely than not having a general knowledge" of the amount of PEDs being used by players in that locker room. I think the NFLPA will fight this HARD if they know what's good for them. Also, the Pats/Colts game when Brady gets back is gonna be fuckin AWESOME.

A coworker of mine had a similar experience when his wife kicked his door (not sure why she's not ex-wife after that). Geico sent him to their preferred body shop that did a shit job; overspray on windows and seals, improperly matched colors, and they used VW junkyard parts to repair a FIAT. He threw a fit when he found out that last one (he had our tech take off the door panel to investigate and found that shit) and told Geico they could tell the first repair shop to eat shit and die. Got an angry call from the first shop asking why he didn't contact them directly since now they were in trouble with Geico. He asked them on what fucking planet they thought it was OK to use junkyard parts to repair a car and to lose his phone number unless they wanted Geico to find out they were calling and harassing customers. Ended up taking the car to our body shop and Geico covered everything. TL;DR just go to a reputable shop of YOUR CHOOSING.
