my buddy with an iphone sends me vids all the time but I can't send him one. That's what started this whole rant in the first place. He sent a vid....I tried to answer with a vid and it's been on my nerves ever since.

even to iphone users without them having hangouts?

I think that's probably most of it.....almost everyone I know have iphones. To be honest with you I really don't understand the whole sms/mms thing really. I don't really want to be a phone expert. I have enough shit to take up my time without having to spend time figuring out a phone. I just want to text and send pics/vids to people. I don't really even talk on my phone much. I text 99% of the time.

I had hangouts at one time and tried it but got rid of it. I guess I'm just wondering why I should have to do anything? Didn't with iphone. Just attach the video and click send. I'm just at the point where this phone is gone. I'll sell this one and get another iphone. There are things about the iphone that I don't like but at least texting works. Iphones are too small, no external storage, and force you to deal with itunes.

I switched from an iphone to a note 2 a month or two ago. Either texting with android really sucks balls or I'm doing something wrong. I can't text a 3 second video? I've did a little reading about whatsapp and shit like that but in order for that to work then everyone you want to send videos too has to also have that right? I don't want to make everyone else have to DL an app just to get my vids because I messed up and switched from iphone. The longer I have this phone the more I hate it. 99% of what I do is text....I rarely even talk on the phone. Been a huge disappointment. I do like the size though. Just have to figure out which I want more a bigger phone or text messages that let you send whatever you want through them.

pretty cool and an idea that's long overdue. The initial cost of this truck is what will keep it from ever seeing the road in any kind of numbers. Only a few companies can probably afford to own more than 1. Gotta start somewhere though. 13.4 mpg's is awesome....wonder if that was with a load? Probably not?

I can only echo what most have said.....the 28' range is about ideal for a family and I wouldn't even consider one that didn't have at least 1 slide. When you're camping storage is at a premium so you want to really go bigger than you think you need. We're a family of 5 and I have a 34' fifth wheel with 2 slides. Maintenance is no big deal really. Wash it a couple times a year, winterize/dewinterize it every year, and make sure moving parts stay lubed. That's about it really. You will have to work on it at some point but like someone else said....they're pretty simple to work on. If that scares you then you can always get an aftermarket warranty that will cover you for 5-7 years depending on the year of camper you buy.....you just have to watch the fine print on those warranties. The new travel trailers are pretty damn nice these days. You can get them all power right down to the tongue jack and leveling jacks. Everything is push button on those. My buddy has a 28' coachman that's about 5200 lbs dry. It's a pretty nice trailer and everything is power on it. We haul ours all over the place really. We just reserved our spot out at VA Beach last week and we're doing 3 different trips out to PA this year. It's good solid family time that the kids will remember the rest of their lives. This will be our 4th year in VA Beach so that's become tradition.

although this isn't a good example I thought that statement needed further clarification because normally it does matter in Russian videos.

I'm a fan of the big phones. I just got a note when we changed carriers last time. I have big hands and shitty eye sight so it just made sense. For me that's about the size cell phones need to be.

First off....sorry about all the misfortune that you guys are going through. Secondly, I understand your dilemma but you should let your sister help out. Sometimes pride has to take a back seat and I would imagine your sister right now feels pretty helpless and it would at least make her feel like she's making a difference. I would give that to her. I wouldn't wait until you guys are desperate though because by then it might be too late to stay on top of the bubble so to speak. Nothing wrong with a helping hand every now and then.

I know a lot of you guys know your shit about this stuff and I don't. We need a new router here at the house....any advice on what to get? Mainly just web surf, phone stuff, and the kids watch netflix on their kindle's.

Does it sound like he has a greedy sister when she's offering him one of her gifts? She got taken care of plus she gets to ride the 4 wheeler too. Besides....everything doesn't have to be a lesson. My kids will be just fine skipping the lesson this time.

earlier this year we got a 4 wheeler for my son. I told him that would have to be his xmas present and we've stuck to that story. As of right now he doesn't think he's getting anything else. I overheard him telling his sister the other night " I just wished I had one gift to open" and she said " I'll let you open one of mine". What he doesn't know is we got him a bunch of stuff including a new 45 cal muzzle loader so he can go with me during muzzy season. I can't wait until xmas morning to see the look on his face. He's gonna be beyond shocked.

I'm going to stop into the bmv and talk to those guys.....just been busy with hunting season and now xmas and what not. I've heard everything from a bill of sale is all you need to I have to pay some ungodly amount of money for a title search or something? I've never had to do anything like this. I've asked him 2-3 times to apply for the lost title and I'll give him the money. He's older, cranky, and don't get out much so it may be a while if I have to wait on him. One thing I haven't figured out yet is if it's in his name or his son's name. He didn't remember haha. His son bought it and then he took over the payments through the bank. Didn't remember if he signed anything or just made the payments. I'm not worried about it being stolen because I know for a fact it's not....just gotta get this title BS straightened out so I can ride it on public ground.

are there any private areas in the state where you can pay to ride? I ask because I bought a polaris scrambler 4x4 from my uncle in Missouri this fall and the title burned up in a house fire a couple years ago so I don't have a title to it. I'm going to work on getting my uncle busy and trying to get a replacement title for it but he's kinda hard to get motivated to do that sorta thing evidently haha. I'd like to be able to ride this thing somewhere besides the backyard in the meantime.
