  1. Wow. DAT DAK is one clean tee-ruk!
  2. Saw the news articles and thought of ya, Berto...I remember someone hinting at this possibly, maybe, could be in the future...:ninja: Given the traction Nissan's had recently, I think this will be a home run, provided the next-gen Titan at least meets expectations. WOULD LOVE TO SEE A STICK SHIFT OPTION BEHIND DAT 5.0L...
  3. Wow. Please don't let DAS BORGEN own this thread...
  4. Max, I was pissing on your grave with Ben when I went to pick up the M3 shifter... I am humbled by your ability to see a project through. Glad to see you've settled into Albany so well, and looking forward to seeing this garage project to completion!
  5. LOL @ your responses, folks. I'm not buying anything. Fact is, when I was backpacking across Italy after graduating from college, my buddies were eyeing the beach talent, and I was remarking at all the neat Euro-rides that we didn't have in the states. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . no homo... I CAN'T STOP LOOKING http://www.hickorywindranch.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/brain-on-drugs.jpg
  6. http://www.dennydotson.com/1997-AstonMartin-DB7/Used-Convertible/Johnstown-OH/8770/3352947/Details.aspx I've always remarked when you can get high-end Euro/Japanese automobiles for cheap (thanks, depreciation!), but just randomly perusing mah favrite berks on used cars, I saw this little gem. I've always been smitten with Aston's, and the '90s DB7 offers a mid-300hp boosted straight six with a stick shift combo...sadly, this one is an automatic. PROS: 007-style for new Kia Optima money bespoke luxury Decent reliability KOTR highway-cruiser If you can't get tail in DAT ASTON, please drop your man card at the nearest return bawkxz. CONS: Pricey to repair MPG LOL Autotragic Denny Dotson EWWWW... Convertisexual, if you're one of those losers that doesn't like a good drop-top. WOULD YOU? *Yes, I am modeling this thread off of Jalopnik's NPOCP segment.
  7. He DOES own two Avengers.
  8. If you don't need the extended cab part, the search gets easier...
  9. I went last year with my keeds and had a great time. Old-school car show feel, but the people were great, band was fun, and it was a great car fix for less than an hour of my time.:thumbup:
  10. Moar pics. Lovin' their spread of games. I'll definitely coordinate a CR get-together at this place later this year when the weather turns to shite. Curious how the policy goes for free arcades? Meaning, if I had a stack of quarters and was bent on getting through all 126 cities in Rampage, it's a given that I play 'til I'm out of quarters. How do you call "NEXT" if someone is playing a game and wants to continue??? http://www.columbusunderground.com/first-look-16-bit-bararcade
  11. Welcome to the site, Jonah! Feel free to come to Cars & Coffee sometime.
  12. DAT IKEA FURNITURE http://thecramp.files.wordpress.com/2011/03/ikea-guy2.png EDIT: POST #12345! :fuckyeah:

    BMW LOL

I have to disagree with this article. Sent from my iPhone 5, typed whist driving 80mph on Riverside Drive

  15. What is the price range of the Camaro? What does it need to be complete? Personally if it was a steal of a deal (family friend thing), I'd take the '68 in a heartbeat. I liked that Plymouth...sad to hear you'll not get it to where it's a good driver. A few bucks and some work over the winter would likely net you a good sale come springtime with that '41. Let alone a fun driver for the famiry...
  16. How did you get financing (and the current lien on the G8) before the title? Memorandum?
  17. At least the tranny is out already. 95% of people would try to band-aid it down the road...
  18. The red one looks intadesting...but not a single white car looked remotely good. I like the Civic comment made above; even if a company makes a halfway decent body kit, prepare for the STREET POTATOES that fuck it up installing it on the cheap, and drive around with no paint and a sticker in the back window saying "UNDA KONSTRUCTION":thumbdown:thumbdown
  19. That is a smoooth 2000hp dyno run...
  20. He's not responding to requests for comments???? WAAH SPOILSPORT
  21. YEAH...WHO LAUGHS AT THOSE EGG SMASH VIDS???1?1 http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lq2prwtipt1qht847.gif Though I'll admit that dubstep one wasn't as funny as the earlier ones...
  22. Nevermind. I'm cheap, so after balking at the $150 price for a trim strip, I said PHUCKET and went back to rt.315. Found the trim strip on the shoulder by 161:lol:...slightly nicked, but amazingly straight. Gonna reuse it.
  23. A ram was blocking your path? http://www.womenridersnow.com/docs/stories/3727/width450/Antler%20Bike.JPG HOW CUTE
  24. Not knowing the intricacies of owning a used auto dealership, I would think that building a great brand and loyal customer base would focus on understanding of certain cars and becoming a sort of expert in them to be successful. Given that you're in Eastern Ohio (and not, say, Dallas, TX or L.A.), I'd focus on trucks, but also I think there is a resurgence of American iron. 70s-90s RWD sedans and coupes. You could find cheap, V8-powered Buicks and Oldsmobiles for example, clean them up (light body work and mechanical repairs on the cheap), and sell them. Local sales are obviously good, but focus on making whatever you sell look as good as it possibly can for internet sales.. I am always partial to stick-shift cars...
  25. Try to find someone elses' not-finished project? Be open-minded... Simplest would be a GM/Ford Fullsize dropped truck...
