68-72 a-body gm probably an oldsmobile of some kind from the shape of the valve covers and the twin snorkle air cleaner... edit it is an olds I missed the oil filler tube next to the upper radiator hose. the thing that sucks with those motors is that everthing from a 307 to a 455 looks identical

its a cable shifter you can use a a cable and shifter from a shadow,sundance,lebaron,daytona, omni to fix it. it sounds like the cable has come apart from the shifter. if you have some one to help you, you can start it up and reach down under the airbox and the put the tranny in drive with your hand to get it home. hth.

it sounds like the abs pump is out of it but you need to go through it and make sure its not getting a bad reading from one of the wheel sensors. is the abs light on??

you can buy a kit from an autoparts store or a uhual dealer that plugs in between your tail light connectors and has a pigtail for your trialer wiring made into it

change it to speed density you'll have an easier time with it. the intake manifold and cam from an Lt4 are also a good upgrade for those motors. also try www.thirdgen.org lots of good info there hth

I hope you avoided centerforce and went with a spec... if you did get a centerforce clutch wait about a month the throwout bearing will go bad

you can get to nelsonville without drving on rt 33 for more than 10 minutes. take 40 to 13. 13 dumps out just a little ways from nelsonville on 33. it takes a little longer to go that way but the drive is much more fun.
