are you building one through them or trying to build one on your own...
its hard to get ahold of prints sometime I can check and see I used to know a couple guys who worked for them
Lunati pn- 71951 $92.00 for set of 16
or
Sealed Power pn - HT 2104 $11.95 ea
hope this helps....
availiable at partsamerica.com
if it was me I'd run the sealed power lifters but the set from lunati is a little cheaper
most electronics come with a warranty on them already....
if I was going to buy something real expensive like a projection tv or a plasma screen I'd prolly go with a service plan
but a set of speakers or a car stereo? half the time the plan costs almost as much as the item does. if it isn't busted in 90 days to a year its going to outlive the car its installed in...
retailers make money on service plans becuase they know that only a small percentage of the items they sell with an exrended warranty will ever actaully need repaired or replaced. its the same reason insurance companies make money.
its not really a scam but for the average person its just not really worth it.
why not just take it to the dealership where you bought it?
after you get srvice there once they start sending you coupons and stuff in the mail.
should be able to get it done for about 20 bucks
yellow in the front
yellow oe red in the rear
those are the only acceptable colors
straight from the sherriff who pulled me over for green in the front of my truck a couple years ago
my signal doesn't seem to help.
I turn on the signal in the big red truck and then have to wait for like a half hour for 60 people to bust ass past me in the right hand lane becuase big trucks are slow and apparently its much too difficult to let me over and then pass on the left...
so now I just turn on the blinker and get the fuck over its funny how fast people can lock all four wheels when theres 15,000 pounds of truck bearing down on them...
getting rid of the front tag is a good way to save money though....
almost 50 bucks to register a car and even more for a truck, but the price isn't going to change and they only have to make 1/2 as many plates.
I hope it passes front plates look retarded on most new cars anyway
tube out the back and run a 4 link on it if your still running the stock third gen rear ditch it at the same time and get an 8.5,12bolt or 9 " made to your specs with the uper control arm mounting already present
the 700r4 from behind a 2.8 has a specific bolt pattern that I need. Stock 700r4 internals are weak. I'm looking for TCI or B&M parts or a rebuilders equivilant. I will most likely be rebuilding the tranmision myself but if labor is pretty low on a bench rebuild with a warranty I might be interested.
I'm not going to use a three speed becuase I like being able to cruise at something under 3000 rpm on the freeway.
thanks
I personally wouldn't ever waste my money on so-called synthetic oil...
the base stocks in every oil come out of the same hole in the ground no matter what you buy only the detergent additives are synthetic...
my recomendation pick up the cheapest bottle of oil you can find and look at the back if the API service label says SL on it your good to go...
your oil change interval should be based on your driving habits if you drive hard or do alot of city driving 2500-3000 if its all highway miles changing the oil at 6000 isn't going to hurt a thing.
friend is hooking me up with the right bolt pattern tranny for my swap, but of course spending the first part ofits life behind a 2.8 means its weak.
anybody have a hookup on tranny parts?
clutches/steels
bands
