I swapped the slick off the bike for the knobbies and tuned up my fork so I'm ready to go. I hopefully won't cough out my lung since I haven't done any physical actvity in forever.

You guys riding phase 1 or phase 2 at alum? I've been wanting to check out the new trail as I hear its pretty cool. Post again next time you go and I'll try to figure a way to get over there, even if I have to ride over.

Try out hotwire for a hotel deal. When I went up last time we used it and ended up staying at the Hilton for 70/night, and our rooms were overlooking Detroit which is pretty cool looking when you get back to the hotel drunk in the middle of the night. smile.gif

Did you install these as packages or build them yourself. You should ba able to use chkconfig to do the dirty work if they were packaged right. chkconfig -list all will list all of the availble programs. You can do a chkconfig service on to bring it up in the default run levels definied in the init script, or if you only want specific levels like start mysql in run level 3 chkconfig mysql 3 If the packages aren't available under chkconfig you will have to write your own init scripts and link them accordingly to the right rc directory to get everything working right. Are you running tomcat stand alone or through an apache jk connector? That will also make a difference in how its started up.

Maybe once I get an alignment on the mk2 1.8T and fix the slipping clutch, I'll charge up the camera and come out. How often do you guys do this?

If you turn off your video cards hardware acceleration you can take a screen shot of a video right off of media player. Its another alternative if you don't have windows movie maker.

I worked in the Bellsouth area at calltech way back in like 1998 for like 3 weeks and then I ended up getting a better job. I also worked in the tech department at developing 'CCMS' for about 5mos. at one point last year. That was actually a decent job even though it didn't pay a whole lot it beat the calls I was taking at nationwide for the 2 weeks I worked there. For those complaining about the pay I can tell you that the other locations they have make way less than someone here in Columbus. Try like 6/hr. If you need money though working there beats flipping burgers or some other shit though hands down imho.

To get the console to work go under options click advanced and turn it on then using the ~ should bring it up. I play on intrigue as well. fursh

Run 18psi on that piece of shit stock turbo all you want. You can post all the links and charts you want but its fucking retarded. 2 years ago when the 1.8T swap went I tried pushing the boost up into the 18+psi during tuning at a couple points and it just doesn't make any more power. You could also see a noticible difference in inlet air temps the higher it was pushed. 14psi is about the best you can do on that turbo without compromising anywhere. That is about where the good chips are out place the boost too. Probabally that way for a reason.

It turns into a hot air blower at about 15psi and it will only spike up into the higher boost ranges and then it falls off to about 14psi. Now what are the mods on this other car. It should be pretty easy. Some cards only do overlay on the tv and not full tv out so you may need to play with some driver settings. Like my laptop only has overlay so I turn overlay on and pull up the app and it will dipslay on my tv. Works well though.

I have mine hooked up via the svideo out on my card. I have the sound going out through the stereo. You doing this in windows, or like linux or something?

Oog has been around for a while and some say is actually better than mp3 and also is an actual free encoding format. http://www.vorbis.com/ You maybe able to use graphedit to do it. I don't know of any easier way but basically you should be able to source the file link it to a decoder for oogvorbis and then link that with the mp3 encoder and then write it to a file. Thats how I go from dvd audio -> mp3 for encoding divx so I don't see why it wouldn't work here.

When are the newer 6600GT agp cards coming out. I was going to get the xfx but if something better is coming I will hold off. My radeon 9200 just doesn't cut it on cs:s.
