Actually, you should hook up with a parent that has a kid a little older than yours, then hand me down. Then you find someone with a kid a little younger than yours to get rid of the stuff. I have an 8 year old and a 3 year old.

Not sure I understand your question. If the land is in your name, you can build on it. A bank will not give you a conventional loan on a house under construction, you need a construction loan for that.

Not knowing all the details of the case I am prepared to make this statement. This guy should counter sue the idiotfucks that are backing this suit for clean up of his land, the cost of purchasing the sensors, and the cost of any guns/ammo purchased to keep his family safe. I would do it in 12,000 different suits causing them so much cost that they never try this crap again.

All of my experience with Huskies is that they are very high energy and pack driven. I have seen them get into vicious fights until pack order is established. I have seen them fight their owners until the owner can prove dominance. I didn't read any of this, I have seen it.

Husky is a tough breed for a pet, especially when they have another dog around. Watch any group of dogsledders with their dogs. They tie them up separate when they aren't running. High energy, extreme pack mentality.
