you think the D40 has alot of settings... my mother in-law just bought a D300... good lord that camera does it all.... Alex, I'll probably be hitting you up as well since I know very little on how to work my D40... I just change settings until get I get a good picture.

call the bank that you currently are financing through and ask them if they have any refinancing deals... I know that Indymac just sent me something where there is no closing costs to refinance through them (my mortgage is currently through them)

we have one in our great room... just flip a switch and it's on... it's been great and does a good job of heating up the room... (mine was put in by M/I when the house was build so I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for or not)
