  1. If you have a .edu email address, prime is 1/2 price. I use my brother's student email and let everyone that wants to use the prime acct.
  2. She's an ex for a reason. I'm still unsure what was going thru my head for all those years.
  3. This exactly. I do a lot of cycling in the summer, but can't get out as much with cold and shorter days. Looked into it, would've been. $29 to start, $10/mo, and a $29 "annual membership fee" in Feb...so in 5 months, I'm at $100. I paid the $100 this Monday and I'm good for a year. All I want is a place to go do some cardio and not be lazy this winter. I'm not trying to get enormous and need a top of the line gym. It's enough for most people. Worst part? I joined, worked out, and on the way out, look over by the tables and see my ex. FML.
  4. I don't often post here, but we went to the game and it was fucking INSANE in that stadium. I don't get to go to many games, but I will NEVER forget that one.
  5. So close. He cant make the jackets game now. $275 for the Jackets tickets so I can buy his MI tickets? Lol
  6. Family member is having issues, need to find out who they can escalate things to.
  7. Got a couple tickets from work for the 12/1 jackets game. They're in the "Loge" section. I'd much rather go to OSU/MI if possible. Apparently these tickets are like $350/ea. Looking for 2 tickets to OSU/MI.
  8. Trade for 2 blue jackets "Loge" suite tickets on 12/1?
  9. Jesus christ...this times infinity. Best $85 I've ever spent.
  10. Call 888-624-4410 (this is for Lynx Services - state farm line) Tell them you have glass damage. Theyll set it up with any shop you want at their rates. He said it should be about $50 thru Safelite.
  11. Send me a PM on monday and ill see if i can get ahold of someone down there. I work at the corp office. If the car was in my name, I could get it done for like $15. Lol
  12. Got there about 5pm, car was on the lift about 5 min later. Confirmed what I thought, heat shield around the cat was loose. They asked if I wanted it removed or replaced, told them removed was fine with me, I was just sick of the rattle. About 5-10 min of torching, it's off. I go back inside, ask what I owe em, he says "no, don't worry about it"...I'm stunned...like "no, I gotta pay you guys something for your time and getting it fixed for me"...he says "no, we don't charge for something like that". I'm still in shock. I've seen tons of fantastic reviews about this place, and for sure I will reccomend them going forward.
  13. Still the place to go? Is it the place I'm thinking of that's just first come/first served? If so, think I'll be ok if I get down there at 4:45-5pm? I guess the heat shield on my cat has rusted away and needs to be removed, and honestly, I'm too damn lazy to do it myself if I can get it done on the cheap.
  14. Funny, because I have no joint issues from cycling for 4 years now but i cant run/jog for shit because its too high impact.
  15. If you find one and want to offset the cost a bit, id throw you a few bucks to borrow it for a day. Dad has a bunch of wood i need to split
  16. Last 6 years or so I've gotten it. Free thru work or super cheap (like $10 when I first started). Sore arm for the day, yet to get the flu.
  17. Ahh...now it adds up. Small world.
  18. All? I'm usually up for a challenge
  19. ^ not a bad deal as long as the OP is at least 6'2. I'm 5'11 and ride a 54 and 56. Also OP, I know it doesnt "look" comfortable, but if you get a bike that fits you, its not. FWIW, I have a bulging disc in my back and find that it only bothers me if I dont get out and ride every few days. Its the physical activity I do that doesnt bother me at all. Even standing/walking is harder on my back than being in a riding position for 2-5 hours.
  20. Saw a similar punch in HS up close. Didn't get knocked out but hit hard as fuck. Kid I knew was kinda messing with another kids gf. Between classes I was in the cafeteria for study hall. Kid was leaned on the table to the right, but same side as me talking about something...all of a sudden other kid just comes up and blasts him just like in the video. I can still hear the sound the fist/face combo made.
  21. For $500, you can probably find a 3-4 year old Cannondale (CAAD8), Trek 1.1-1.2, Specialized Allez, with Tiagra or 105 components that would be a good starter bike. Peformance isn't horrible, but theyre kinda like Walmart for bikes. They sell mainly lower brand stuff (Fuji, GT, Diamondback), but they're not like shit you get at walmart/target/dicks. None of those brands are bad, especially to get started. Upgrade later if you like it. Also, I'm a roadie, that's where my vote is. I've done MTB, and it's a blast, BUT, you always have to go somewhere to do it. Road bike I can walk out my front door and just go. How tall are you? I'll look around a bit tomorrow and see if any friends are selling anything end of season

Yep. My bank raised mine to 18,500 about 3-4 months ago, and just a couple days ago I looked and it was at 21k. I wouldnt worry about it.
