That's because it's not a true 14.7:1 ratio. Fact is, the AEM doesn't have a way to change the AFR readout from gasoline to E85. Apparently the Autometer does, but I doubt it's an E85 ratio it displays. Probably E100. So technically if you have a gauge that only displays gasoline AFR, you can fill it up with E85 or pure ethanol and stoich on your gauge is going to still be 14.7. Lambda is independent of fuel type, and AFR is a calculation of lambda. Obviously you just need more fuel. 14.7 (gas) / 9.87 (E85) = 1.49. So basically take your base req_fuel pulse width, and multiply it by 1.49 and there is your new base injector pulse width.

I never said stoichiometric for E85 was 14.7. I said it has a stoichiometric lambda value of 1, just as gasoline, so when you are looking at your AFR gauge, and it reads 14.7, you are stoich whether is be gasoline or E85. If you decide to run E85 and try to tune for 9:1 and lower, say goodbye to your rings. I don't think the AEM has a way to view the AFR for ethanol, especially not a blend like E85. With that being said, you wither leave it on the default AFR display and tune it to gasoline AFRs or change it to a lambda readout.

I haven't tried a gas dyno then retuned on E85 so this should be interesting for you. I am already hitting 90% duty cycle with E85 on my 900cc's. :-\

No. Stoiche lambda of gas and E85 is 1 so you don't need to change anything. So when your AFR gauge reads 14.7 that's stoiche for E85... if that makes sense. Basically tune for the same AFRs as you would for gasoline except with the advantage of a higher ethanol rating, you may be able to run leaner to net more power.

Seeing as how post-1985 vehicles were designed to work with a minimum of 10% ethanol blends, I don't see why you would be worried about it. You're only going to have a chance of corrosion if water is in the blend.

I thought you were running it last year too? I've been running it since last May or so. Definitely not worth it if you're into trying to save some money, not with price gases now at least. At $4/gal it was a money saver. I just do it for the octane rating because I'm cheap. Sometimes it can be a pain to start when super cold too. A pain as in cranking the car for 10 seconds sometimes. As long as you stay in the Columbus area or go west you won't have any problems finding it. There are a ton of stations around us that have it, including the one on Sawmill (Kroger) like others mentioned. Most Kroger and Meijers gas stations have it.

Just get real skinny ones and when you tighten them make sure the gear isn't visible. Won't look as ghetto.

I used 2 hose clamps on mine when I had it on my log manifold. Not the prettiest, but it held just fine.

It's against the Google Terms of Service (assuming the iPhone uses Google Maps). Even on the Android OS, Google doesn't allow turn-by-turn.

You don't have to only get the one that says "oil only". Many of them will have coolant ports just because the manufacture designed them to work with the cooling system, but it isn't really required. I mean it could extend the life of the turbo by adding water cooling, but not necessary.

Some time later.... Car still runs amazingly. I believe I made a thread a few months back about switching to Ford EDIS ignition and that's doing an excellent job. I upgraded from my 7psi spring to a 14 a few months ago, and then tonight combined the 2 springs together for 21psi. I'm going to try and hit the dyno here in the next couple weeks. My friend just made 460whp on 25psi and a 50 shot so I am jealous. Our only differences are he has a sleeved block and mine is stock, but I have better cams. Oh and my ~9.5:1 beats his 8.5:1. I will soon hopefully report back with a nice graph and video of either success or failure.

I can, yes, but because the way my web server is set up, if i try to access the site by http://192.168.1.150 I get: This IP address is shared. For access to the web site which you look for, enter its address instead of its IP. For questions or problems please contact the server administrator. That's the same message you would get if you tried to access the site via the 76.181.30.67 IP. It's just I haven't changed anything at all except went from a Linksys router with .150 as the DMZ to this D-link with .150 as the DMZ. Maybe my Linksys was doing is wrong the whole time and I configured it weird to work right. I don't know.

What do you mean by "is there a route?" I am assuming so. I can get outside of my network and view web pages. As for the subnet thing, is this enough information? I had to get a new router and I ended up getting a D-Link DIR-615 since it was cheap. So, I am setting this up exactly like I had my Linksys. I have my server set as the DMZ host because I want any and all traffic going to that server. It's set, I update my DNS for the new IP I got, and it seems like everyone else can access my server (http://www.cfcoding.com), but when I access it it times out. Even by accessing it directly by IP (http://76.181.30.67) it times out. When accessing it by IP, you should get a page saying that the IP address is shared and the sites need accessed by domain name instead.
