So watching ND squeak by Purdue makes feel better about my Bearcats that throttled Purdue... And even though it was an FCS team, the Bearcats were firing on all cylinders without the QB controversy and a hopefully now healed Branden Kay. The 66-9 win is what it should be against an FCS team....

Weird, my 4S has never had an issue with this.... I had 3 android phones in the past, ALL of htem had problems with "glitches", apps freezing, navigation locking up or not working, and the most often, the whole phone freezing and having to take the battery out to reset the phone, i had to do that ~2x a week. And its great when the battery would go from reading full to dead for no reason and die... I also loved how sometimes I couldnt get the phone to unlock to answer an incoming call, that was swell too.. My first iphone (the 4S I have now)... sure it doesnt have all the sweet hacking abilities or extrea apps, or the bigger screen (that I dont need, I feel no desire to carry a tablet in my pocket, I want slim and light and small), or hte 'arguable' better user interface/OS.... but you know what? It WORKS, every time, it works. It has never frozen or unexpectedly just died, or an app frozen or lost... it just works... every time I pull it out of my pocket to use it, I can. They sure made a customer out of me by simply doing that...

Yea, I'm not saying he was 'wrong' about what went wrong, just saying that when you early apex when 'something' does go 'wrong' it will mean going off the back side of the track 9 times out of 10... Point being, even on the right line, how you set the car up, you have to know what can happen... that's all. He seems to know full well what he is doing

I saw a white c6 hit that same wall once several years ago, with a shower of fiberglass. i would say that the overly early turn-in, is what did you in for going off like that, but we've all been there, thats really how you learn... (meaning in that in the event of something happening, the car is going where the nose is pointed, in this case, with a super early apex, its off the back side of the track) That said, you were looking really good up to that point!

You wanting work done on it, or them to store it? or both? If you want it worked on, there is NO ONE better than Danny Popp in Cincinnati... he knows every model of corvette, and knows them in-and-out better than anyone I know. If you are looking for it to be stored long-term as well though, Danny does not have the facilities for that.

Well, that didn't go well.... And Even before munchie got hurt, they looked SLOPPY.... It was like the win against a bad Purdue team went to their head, and they didn't prepare... And Tuberville made some questionable calls too... Like third down and running a 159# back up the middle... Dat ain't gon work. At least ND lost, that was pleasing.

I agree that there are definitely delusional UC fans... but no more so than a LOT of teams... I do hear quite a bit from friends "man UC should be ranked!!!" To which I say... "not really, watching the game, Purdue looked HORRIBLE more than UC looking stout (though they did look really good)" but the biggest reason is the shit piss poor schedule... even if we go undefeated, I wouldn't be surprised if we didnt get ranked, because we would have played no one really this year, other than 2-3 teams... MAYBE if you count them. Only way I see us ranked at all is with no more than 1 and maybe maybe maybe 2 losses AND we have to beat Louisville. PS, our stadium is holding us back for sure... but it is a pretty awesome and historical tiny stadium.... the only crazy bearcat fan statement I will hang my hat on, that i have said before, is that only Alabama, Oregon, and Oklahoma have more wins than UC in 5 seasons... and while this season is lame, and we had a horrible BCS loss (that i argue anyone would have done poor in the same situation), there were SEVERAL signature/solid wins in those 5 seasons.

Unfortunately for me, with the Big East fall out, Illinois is one of the 'better' teams (at least by name) we play this year... After that all we 'really' have is Louisville, and maybe Houston and Connecticut depending on how they end up this year.... Its terrible, god they need out of this shit conference... To that end, did you know that only Alabama, Oregon, and Oklahoma have more wins in the last 5 seasons?

I know this is an OSU football thread in disguise.... but damn did my Bearcats throttle Purdue... Next up, the other B1G team we play this year, Illinois... Yes, I'm aware that Purdue is a B1G bottom dweller, but still a good opening win for the 'cats. Better than saying we beat a D2 school... well, I guess that depends on the D2 school with the way Purdue looked, lol

So I went up there today, and saw the black/black finish, and it does look good, but not 'wow that looks great'. however, I did see a set of centers in a satin gold finish, and LOVED the way it looked. So now i am 96% sure I am getting the GA3R's in that finish... However, saw a few others I liked as well... That's kind of my stance as well. But I do think it looks good against white cars... but I know the black/white look will be over soon... Why do I like the all black though? Its MUCH easier to maintain. they look 'clean' for longer, and require less maintenance. My original plan on my CCW's was to keep hte polished lip, but after the first polish to get them all shiny again, I realized there was no way in the world i wanted to do that every other week to keep them from fading/oxidizing in appearance. A quick wash with a painted surface and boom, they are clean. and I did like hte all black look of my vette for awhile, it was fun to have.

Look in my signature... I currently have CCW classics. the reason for Forgeline is because I am getting a good deal for a new set. The ricer in me kind of wants a wheel with a nice deep lip that would look cool. But the racer in me, just wants what is light, lol.
