  1. Written by a young physician by the name of Dr. Roger Starner Jones. His short... two-paragraph letter to the White House accurately puts the blame on a "Culture Crisis" instead of a "Health Care Crisis".. It's worth a quick read: Dear Mr. President: During my shift in the Emergency Room last night, I had the pleasure of evaluating a patient whose smile revealed an expensive shiny gold tooth, whose body was adorned with a wide assortment of elaborate and costly tattoos, who wore a very expensive brand of tennis shoes and who chatted on a new cellular telephone equipped with a popular R&B ringtone. While glancing over her patient chart, I happened to notice that her payer status was listed as "Medicaid"! During my examination of her, the patient informed me that she smokes more than one pack of cigarettes every day, eats only at fast-food take-outs, and somehow still has money to buy pretzels and beer. And, you and our Congress expect me to pay for this woman's health care? I contend that our nation's "health care crisis" is not the result of a shortage of quality hospitals, doctors or nurses. Rather, it is the result of a "crisis of culture" a culture in which it is perfectly acceptable to spend money on luxuries and vices while refusing to take care of one's self or, heaven forbid, purchase health insurance. It is a culture based in the irresponsible credo that "I can do whatever I want to because someone else will always take care of me". Once you fix this "culture crisis" that rewards irresponsibility and dependency, you'll be amazed at how quickly our nation's health care difficulties will disappear. Respectfully, ROGER STARNER JONES, MD
  2. Anyone know of anyone thats good at welding/fabricating that could use some cash. I have some things that I want changed on my project car and looking for someone who has some experience and expertise in looking at what I have and making some suggestions. Being I have a homemade frame, I have some questions on what was done right by the PO and where he simply cut corners. I am not looking for someone who wants me to start ordering bolt on pats from a book, because I can already do that. Ideally I would like to find someone whos good at welding and is either out of work or currently slow and could use some extra cash. I do have access to a welder if needed. Person needs to be familiar with 4 bar link setups and all aspects of fabricating. I will purchase brackets for some of the stuff and that will make some of the fabricating/welding easier however some things I will need him/her to use old fashioned engineering. Thanks
  3. I never said i wouldnt hit it, for me a woman needs to have some curves to her. Certainly not fat but this chick could afford to gain a few pounds. I have been with chicks this size and unfortunately the anatomy doesnt quite work so well. i prefer one that can take the pressure a bit more.
  4. Blindfold them or keep their head in your lap so they cant find their way back to your house.
  5. Tad on the skinny side for my liking.
  6. Scared of heights, no as long as I feel safe. I have hung off the sides of skyscrapers downtown and was fine because I was in a swingstage that I felt was safe. However I do get nervous when theres a chance ofe getting hurt. I dont think this is a fear of heights.
  7. I was wondering why he originally posted this in the Tech section.
  8. I'll give you the last one, but the others; twilight had funnier moments. And no I didnt see twilight.
  9. Any fan of Howard Stern knows Nambla is a one weird group. I am certainly not clicking that link so please make sure its not NWS.

  11. Good for her. I was looking for something to rub one out to today and this fit the bill. Do it everyday girl, 2 years from now she may actually have lost a pound or two. I may let this one give it a shot. Possible :nws: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fq7q4H3XcTE&feature=related
  12. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110006.jpg I think the panhard bar welded right to the pumpkin may not be a good idea. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110008.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110010.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110009.jpg Hoping I can make one of these radiators work http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110016.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110017.jpg
  13. Ask and you shall receive. I need to get a welder in here so I can change/fix things. I need to do some more bracing. The angle of the spring shakles in this pic make me think the springs are to long. The spring perch may need to be flipped upside down to allow the front to drop another 3". http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110003.jpg The solid mounts for the engine may not be the way to go. I dont think the small pieces of cut angle iron used for the mounts will work either. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110004.jpg The steering shaft angle is off. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110012.jpg The back part of the frame is "z'ed" and I may do the front so the body sits low. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/roadster/BenglesvsRams82110014.jpg

  15. We typically do pizzas for large groups. Its easy and everyone likes pizza. I think alot of restaurants cater even if they arent known for it. If you like a specific place, call and ask.
