As a few of you know, I am putting a project truck together that went under the sawzall knife some time ago. Well the guy that cut it up left NO metal to weld anything back into. At least right under the lower portion of the LEXAN windshield. Which means I will have to take it out to get the firewall finished. It's been big fun. And of course with the cage, that makes it that much more difficult to do it. I had to build a metal brake already to do this as I have no access to one. And in my true CHeapass nature, I am building the floor, firewall and much of the interior out of old server cases. Seems to be a good source of metal, And it tends to be easily cut with the plasma torch. Having never learned the proper way to layout metal, I have been going through a few parts getting things right after all the bends and crap are done, but figuring that once done, a bit of grinding some body filler and some paint will make the interior nice. BTW, if anyone needs access to a brake, I now have a 47 inch tabled sheetmetal brake. It will only go 90 degrees, but it doesn't exibit any deflection (it shouldn't with 5/16 thick 2.5 inch angle with a 2X2 box reinforcement. Overkill but it's all I had)

Egg's, oatmeal, Bar's leak. There are many things that you CAN use. Best thing to do is pressure test the Rasiator and go from there. What kind of car is it? If it is an older can we an all metal (brass) radiator, and it's not eat up real bad in the core I can most likely fix it and pressure test it. If it's a newer style with the plastic ends, that is another story. I have had some luck with using JB Weld or PC7 (epoxy) on them but I have had mixed results.

I am trying to figure out what plane they were in. Police typically use little single engine Cessna's and I believe that their top speed is about 160. So that would be interesting to see how they observed this bike at these speeds for any length of time. Photochopping is not out of the question here either. I don't doubt that there are cars and bikes out there that will run like this. But finding a strech of road that is both smooth enough and long enough would be a bit of a trick, at least around here. Now as far as being able to clock it. It's a distance over time thing, you look at a specific distance and time it start to end. Basically 60 MPH = 88 Feet per second = 5280 Feet per minute = 1 mile per minute. Everyone has seen the crosses painted in the road, they are spaces so many feet apart, and the guy in the plane has a stopwatch and a calculator. (The calculator is for when it's over the little chart that they normally carry as well saying that X number of seconds over this measured distance equals Y MPH. ok, HEI has 2 terminals on the cap, one is 12 volts the other is the tach wire. Check the 12 volt wire to see if you are getting power If so, pull the ignition module and take it to autozone and have it tested. If it ain't firing at ALL it's most likely one of these two problems

Got to agree with Dave and the bluetip wrench. NOTHING to tight for that. I have had situations that I couldn't use the bluetip though. 3 inch air cutoff tool, or a rotozip with the round cutoff wheels work nicely then. And as silly as this might sound, Are you sure that it's not left handed thread, where turning it to the right loosens in instead of tightening it. Also, another couple of tricks I learned over the years of not having the right tool for the job (no cutting torch) is to take a propane torch, heat it up real good with that, then blast it with WD40. Be mindfull that it CAN flash into a small fire, but it works, also, heat it and drip candle wax on it. Don't ask how it works, don't know, but i have had some luck with that too.

How big a shot????? I have 2 N2O and 2 Fuel solenoids. But they are a smaller set, they are Compucar solenoids, I have for a two stage setup. Probably will go 100 or 150 but that's about it.

OK, while not in my normal way of responding to things, especially those that really piss me off os much as this does. I will tempt to be civil. First, as far as them being kids. Biggest reason I feel that they are teenagers is that their mindset is to not think rationally, not to draw their own conclusions through reasonable thought and instead to jump on a bandwagon, and the bandwagon they typically go for is the one that is the MOST outlandish and unfounded line of thinking, not as much so that they believe it, but they choose to be as abnormal and rebelious as possible. This is the mentality of a teenager. Now the slap the parent part. Most teens will run the raged edge of the line between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. The final say is the parent. The kids that tend to be the most rebelious and tend to push WAY over the line, have one of two home lives, their parents think they need to be their kids best buddy, or they simply don't give two fucks what the kid does unless it lands them in jail, or gets the parents embarrased in the homeowners association. Then they react. These people need slapped back into reality. That about covers the Why I feel that this stand is being taken by kids that are wet behind the ears. Now, you question my morals, I don't fly planes into buildings, nor do I try to make up bullshit that someone else didn't. As far as my take on things, and I assume using violence to deal with problems, slapping someone for being totallly bloody stupid is a bit different than taking a ball bat to them. Then there are people that either do not understand anything but a vioent responce or will not be swayed by anything other than a violent responce to their actions (The Telaban, Sadaam Husain, rebels that blow up schools full of children) and with people that mentality, only a very harsh, very extreemly violent response will get them to refrain from further acts of violence against the group of people they are attacking. You can not convince people to change their way of thinking, so you need to create a consiquence (sp) that they feel that even though they may hate you, may want to attack you and kill members of your group that they simply will not due to the consiquences (sp) of doing these things. A good example would be to put Osamma in a cage in under the capital dome. With each terrorist attack against the United States or its friends, we cut off half a finger. And sent it to the terrorists with a note, long about the time that we've cut all the fingers off one hand stating that we're gonna start on the other hand next, and soon Osamma will not be able to write the checks to finance the attacks, or anything else and they had better quit soon. This sort of leads into the current political race for president. While one man has a track record of fighting violent acts against this country, or the possibility of violent acts against this country with acts of more extreem violence. While the other has openly stated that he would choose diplomacy over violence. Now, when facing an enemy, known for its acts of violence, and you need to face them, head on, face to face. Do you take your most intelligent diplomat, or your fiercest warrior?? We are now way the hell off topic, but you ask a question, and I figured that I would answer it. Now, back to the questioning of the Plane and the Pentagon, does your questioning of it piss me off, hell yes, does the idea of you calling up the families of the people that dies on that plane piss me off, yes even more so. Now Iam going to tell you why. First, questioning of the goverment is at times a very good idea. But there are things that are better left alone, and things that questioning, cut with the force of telling a person of Jewish decent that the holocaust didn't happen. And contacting the families of the dead and saying that you don't believe that their family member died on that plane, and that the plane never hit the Pentagon, is the same as telling to old Jewish man, that lost his wife, father, mother or child to the death camps he is a liar when he speaks of his loss. This is the other reason I feel that a kid would be behind this is this very reason, teens tend to not consider their actions, and what they are actually saying, and tend to be disrespectful as hell without even realizing it. And YOU specifically stated that YOU were ging to contact the families of the dead to see if they were really dead, and what happened. You have given NO thought to what you are wanting to do, and are just going to do it. This is a clear statement of being very immature, in my opinion.

I was at work here in Johnstown, the lady in the office next to me had her radio on and heard it and told me about it. I thought that it was either a sick prank or some War of The Worlds shit. I figured at best that it was a small plane that got screwed up in the clouds and hit the building, which does happen. I tought it was something like the B29 that had hit the Empire State Building right after it was built. Then I heard that the second plane hit, and I began to wonder if it was real, went over to the apartments and turned on the TV. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, still not realizing that we were under attack, then the plane hit the Pentagon, and I knew. I can't say really how I felt at first, it was wierd, there was alot that went through my mind, then the idea that someone that had something to do with this, that may have planned this was still alive and somewhere. That's when the anger sat in, then the rage. Then the really bad thoughts, as the towers fell. Things I thought are not open for discussion. All I will say is this, I was going through a pretty dark time at that point in my life. And the thoughts that I had about what I would do to anyone that had anything to do with it, bother me even now, because as horribly as the people died in the towers, it was nothing compared to the way I wanted bring about the ends of the people responsible for it. As far as Osama, bring me him, a medical team, a ball bat and plenty of blood. I WILL beat him for days, the medical team is just there to revive him after I beat him to death so I can beat him to death again, and again, and again. Planes are made of Aluminium and magnesium (sp) magnesium will burn, with quite alot of heat I might add, to the tune of 5300 degrees F. Aluminium will melt at 1200 degrees F, vaporizes and actually will BURN at 1500 degrees F, jet fuel will burn at 1800 degrees F, which is more than hot enough to get magnesium going. Which BTW, 5300 degrees is hot enough to burn CONCRETE, and putting water on a magnesium fire will break the water down into hydrogen and oxygen, hydrogen is also sort of flammable, and if you question this, go ask the Dayton firemen, that lost 20 men when they put water on a train derailment that was carrying powdered magnesium that has been set on fire by the White Phorophus (sp) in the next car. So, finding anything that would resemble airplane componets, IF you knew what you were looking for, and the last time I checked, we had NO members that were with either aircraft crash teams, or the NTSB I am going to assume that you wouldn't know an airplane part even if I was beating you with it. Let alone the fact that the little parts, from the transfer of energy (crashing through 50 feet of concrete) would have been unrecognizable to begin with, they would have also burned up, or at the very least melted down.
