  4. Well, A friend and I are going over to MCIR friday night for their test n` tune. After that we plan on going to see The Ballad of Ricky Bobby opening night, most likely a midnight showing. I'm probably going to reserve some tickets so if anyone wants to join in, let me know Nate

  9. The Megasquirt manual, http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mtabcon.htm, offers some insight on injectors and has some calculators. Easiest way to match up a turbo would be to study an engine with similar characteristics and displacement as your engine. If you're doing a 1.8L 8V, you may look into turbos from a: 2.3T thunder-bird/mustang SVO 1984-1989 300ZXT Eclipse GST,GSX/Talon TSI EVO Lancer 20V 1.8T Jetta MKV Or if window shopping for aftermarket turbos, T3 50 trim, possibly a T3 Super 60 trim.
  10. There are alot of people on this board that have experience with it. Clark, Mike (Strictly Datsun), Joel (mudbut), Andrew (lustalbert), others and myself have all used and tuned it. Any questions or problems just fire away, I'm sure someone on here knows it (or the megasquirt forums) Good luck.
  11. This is interesting because I've opened up the file with EFILive, LS1Edit, HPT and none of them had any editable parameter regarding a maximum spark RPM. The dwell times on the coils are all staticly defined so it's not cutting it by means of coils.... I'd still reccomend a window switch, but that's just me.
  12. http://midnightoilfabrication.com/lol/fueling.JPG You'll notice there are no governing parameters of the spark in regards to a cutoff. It's only fuel. This is from a 98 A4 Caramo/Firebird. Another thing that's interesting is that the A4 can get sloppy when it's abused. I rode around with a buddy from GMR Speed and after a few hard launches and WOT pulls, the car was shifting near 6,300-400, when commanded MPHs and RPMs were obtained by 5,800. You've probably seen more stuff like that than I.
  13. Manual or auto, both can trip fuel cut. If the tires start spinning (instant torque in seconds - which nitrous is great at) and the desired MPH isn't obtained....you'll bounce off the rev limiter and more than likely hit fuel cut.
  14. Defintely not me. I have regular plates and my car is a rolling pile of shit. That and it's pretty slow too.
  15. An MP112 would need a hot cam on a 3800, not to mention an IC. GenV90 would be a better approach.
  16. Hobbs Fuel Pressure switch on the fuel line, RPM window switch on the main circuit loop.
  17. Welcome Craig. That must be a nightmare to change plugs
