I fully support this. It will save money in the long run. I also think that the .gov should offer both men and women of any age $1,000 if they'll agree to gov't funded sterilization. Do you realize how many crackhead, leaching low-lifes would jump all over that quick money? They're not really that good. Get you some Wilson Combats. Better feeding with their improved follower, and, they squeeze in an extra round for you. They're about $25/ea, but well worth the money.
