  1. We used to rent one out at Dynahoe when I worked there. It was one of the older nitrogen charged ones which kick the shit out of the newer nitrogen less models. It was a giant pain in the ass to keep running though. I constantly had to recharge the thing with gas before each rental. Taking it apart for rebuilds was a joy too. It used to take 2 people hanging off a 10ft cheater bar to break the main Allen bolts loose. It was fun to test it out though.
  2. I was just there last night (carrying), and the sign from the west parking garage into the mall was a very small, 3", gun with a cross through it. If I hadn't been looking for it, I would have easily missed it. Not conspicuous at all. I ignored it.
  3. Adco will do it. I did mine myself. It's not hard if you have a TIG.
  4. I think it was $250+. The stock scope that came on it was junk.
  5. From my first NM hunting trip thread: old scope http://i41.tinypic.com/e6ojli.jpg new scope It's eventually getting a thumbhole stock as well.
  6. Savage 93r17 here w/ a Mueller Eradicator. Love that gun.
  7. We've got one idiot regular that comes to our hospital all the time that everybody just hates. The dude is like 32yo, Hep C+, 90lbs, and looks like he's on his death bed. He usually comes in in DKA because he's stupid as shit and ate half of his fridge, or, he comes in with 'chest pain' or some other BS excuse so he can get some morphine or Dilaudid, which the docs usually give him so as to keep their approval scores/ratings up (that's a whole 'nother subject with me...). He's been busted with insulin syringes stuffed in his shoes, he's been busted shooting up heroin in the parking lot through his IV, he's been busted with his hand stuffed down into a sharps container, and the latest thing they busted him doing is also the nurse's fault. She gave him a tablet of morphine and left the room to go get him some water as he had nothing to take it with. When she walked back into the room, he had already crushed it up, and was heating it up in a spoon left over from his lunch tray. She promptly took it from him and washed it down the sink, leaving no evidence for the police. He hasn't been back for a while though. Last I heard was that he got arrested on drug charges. Imagine that. The world is full of useless people.
  8. I will admit that the scenario is possible that someone could shoot you for shooting someone else in a case of mistaken identity. It has happened. I won't, however, consider this to be a very likely scenario and will continue to carry, regardless of this risk. I'd rather take my chances of a bystander shooting me than take my chances of a perp shooting me because I have nothing to defend myself. Also, if everyone within a one block radius doesn't know what is going on because you're not shouting loud enough; you're doing it wrong. You should be very loudly and clearly, voicing your intentions so that everyone is aware. They tell you this in CCW training as well (or they should be, anyways).
  9. It's also why they tell you to mind your own God damn business in CCW training.
  10. He's not too bright for breathing in that aluminum powder.
  11. The front end looks just like the new C-Class Benz.
  12. Completely agree. Someone should have smacked fatty in his teef the first or second time it happened.
  13. Scroll over so we can see the file name. That might help. :gabe:
  14. I love me some House of Japan. I need to try the egg yolk sauce. I wasn't impressed with Genjis at all. The only one I've tried was on Hamilton rd, though. The food in general makes me shit my brains out though. It's always a looooong ride home from Tuttle...
