  1. Wow, impressive bit of pavement they have there.
  2. You'll be the first one there.:dumb:
  3. You poor thing, do you want your 6 secs back?? Watching the Rose Bowl re-air as well, good game.
  4. Anyone see Oregons new uniforms?? Now visible from space lol. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://elitedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/oregon-ducks-2013-alternate-uniforms-elite-daily.jpg&imgrefurl=http://elitedaily.com/sports/oregon-ducks-unveil-alternate-uniforms-2013/&h=323&w=485&sz=88&tbnid=qcJhuhIJGRPCYM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=135&zoom=1&usg=__oHrPz7sTCNUohusB-neaUC8UleE=&docid=NsSUAgSVTbHq4M&sa=X&ei=mNgKUsOEFOmpyAGqxYHQDg&ved=0CDcQ9QEwAQ&dur=481
  5. Mean Streak is a fairly rough one, it's no "Beast" though. I think I have done Raptor in the back row or near the back, most coasters give you that whip like action from the rear. Millenium is actually quite good from the back car. Going to be really nice out tomorrow, nobody interest in going??

  7. I plan on the front seat as much as possible, sometimes I don't if it's going to take an extra 30+ mins just to get the front row but it's typically worth it. Raptor is a must up front as the track disappears from in front of you a few times!! Millenium is as well as the front of the train dangles there for a sec before it takes off down the 1st hill. Top Thrill doesn't matter as it's just a wicked rush.
  8. Thanks for the heads up, will go see about this tomorrow. Seems like the discounted tickets are getting harder to find.
  9. Fastlane, the price depends on how many people you get, only $50/person if you have 4 or more. Would love to do it but generally getting no response from most people wether they want to go or not on my FB. I'm going regardless and Fastlane would be worth it to me to not have to wait in line save for Top Thrill and Gatekeeper. Sunny with a high of 70 degrees Wednesday, perfect!!!
  10. I've always liked Raptor a lot, Millennium probably my #1 as well. Havn't been in a few years since before Maverick was built so I'm looking forward to that for sure. Gatekeeper looks amazing, been watching videos of it.
  11. I'm planning on going to Cedar Point this wednesday 8/14, open invite to anyone that wants to go. I know it's a weekday but I have no time on the weekends and it's just too busy up there. Just reply here or pm me if interested. I plan on being there as soon as they open to get thru to Gatekeeper and Top Thrill before the lines get too long. Ben
  12. Rolling Gods Chariot tomorrow with Rich, thanx for the offer Craig. See some of you guys tomorrow.
  13. Craig, I have an offer for now but I have to meet for a test fit in the car, if it doesn't work out you ok with being the backup?? No prob running a Chevy. I do appreciate the offer. I'll pm you my number.
  14. If I hadn't already signed up for OVR before I found out my ride would be out of town I would go to Kilkare. Just gotta find a seat now.
  15. Nobody going to this?? Going to be perfect weather. Also headed to Cedar Point wednesday, open invite.
  16. I'm in town this weekend, planned on going to the autocross sunday. Anyone else going?? I'm looking for a seat if interested, can help with some $$$, car prep or whatever needed. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces.
  17. I'm in town starting friday night, might be stopping by if I have a few mins.
  18. Pretty much, growing up with the DSM's I've taken almost as much verbal abuse as you rotary boys(and now drive a Mustang). Would think you have a thicker skin than I do. Obviously that car was reliable enough to withstand 24hrs of torture which few can do. I do agree if Mazda had been allowed to spend a couple years racing and developing that engine they could have made more strides with rotaries.
  19. A reliable rotary?? Why didn't they put this in the FD and RX-8 then??:fuckyeah: 3 pedals FTW!!!
  20. Love the Mustang. Been a fun and most reliable car for me. It's not the best at anything but does everything well enough and can always put a smile on my face. Plus, it's faster than Jones. http://i428.photobucket.com/albums/qq10/MrAutoX/Facebook/Car%20shenanigans/576841_336669396398860_333660865_n.jpg
  21. Shoulda bought a Chevy, would have never needed to tow it.
  22. Don't forget you'll need to modify the oil pan, or go to an aftermarket k member for the coyote to fit right. They do bolt in essentially, just gotta do something with the oil pan as I read it. Sounds like it will be a fun car.
  23. Yeah, I just THOUGHT the Impala shared the same chassis as the Caprice is all, dimensionally they look nearly the same. Havn't really followed it obviously. That steering wheel..........
