  1. Besides the whole guided by god thing, yeah, it had no religious themes at all....... Oh, and that the Bible will help rebuild the world........ And did you catch the ending? no spoilers, but how else can you explain him being able to do all of that in his condition? He was guided by god........ Just my opinion though.
  2. I meant that I included Kia and Hyundai when I said that Acura and Mazda were the worst.
  3. Book of Eli: Obviously MEGA religious. I don't know what I expected with a title like that, but I didn't expect it to be so religious (probably an oversight on my part). It was good though. Kind of like a western, about the end of the world type thing. All the characters were good. Good plot, good acting, and loved the way it was filmed (real dark/brown and white style). The end was a bit........much, but overall it was a good movie. Up in the Air: Very different than I thought it would be. It was actually pretty good. More of a chick flick movie. Characters were all really good, acting was good etc. Not exactly a feel good movie though(70% not, 30% feel good), and was a bit predictable. Overall it was good though. Brothers: I was very excited to see this movie and I have to say I was 100% let down. All the reviews said that the acting was GREAT........I thought the acting was very shallow, superficial and not that well executed. His torment was ok, but really could have been better with another acter. Jake Gyllenhall was the best one, and natalie portman was freaking horrible. I can't stand her. She can be really hot, but sucks at acting in my opinion. The whole story felt VERY contrived, and simple. Events had to happen this particular way for something to happen.........their daughter has to say something a bit too mature for a 6-8 year old to say with 0 reason for her to blurt this out to get someone to act up. Prett disappointing......... Thats it.
  4. Agreed.........Mazda dand Acura are the 2 worst styled companies in the US.
  5. That's the problem, there is a reason. You are trying to get on here, and to do so, it requires you to take some shit and not act like an internet douche bag. You started off good, but have slowly been crashing and burning. Thats all from me, you figure the rest out on your own.
  6. Are you really talking shit about grammar? You were on a good path..........take your (notice the correct your is used) lashings like a man.
  7. I was not happy with my experiences at AutoAssets, and have a LOT of friends with VAG cars have bad experiences there as well. From my experiences, and those of friends, they try to squeeze every last penny out of you and seem like they couldn't care less if you would be a repeat customer. GIAC lost my business because of them.

What kind of slipping occurs when you run the 93 program? Thats good news considering I won't be doing any power mods until the powertrain warranty is up at 60k.

Jones sucks at driving a manual transmission. He is a girl, and rides the clutch like a bitch. I think he has 75k miles or something like that. I too was shocked at it going before 100k.
  12. Thanks. I couldn't remember what year that was.
  13. Paul, what changed in the later years that makes the 04 better? I thought I remember a certain year having LSD stock? and a few more hp?
  14. \/\/ is correct Yeah, I think its a fantastic deal considering everything you get. So the C6 Z06 looks like a C5? Because that's what the GS is exterior wise. I love the car, and think it is a great deal. I would love to own one someday.

Not sure.... We have everything budgeted to meet our goal of having our debt paid off before we move into our house. We also have the DP and CC already taken care of. It will most likely go to furniture, supplies and maybe a nice flat screen for our new house. I am actually really excited to use this years return for something useful.
  16. ^^^^Wow, yeah they definetly updated it with that info. This certainly makes me think twice about gatherings for activities such as these, and going in general.
  17. I read about that story when it happened, never saw the video. Bone chilling.........

  19. A lack of money is the only reason my passion has faded. If I had a quality job, where I was comfortable living at the level we are at now, had my retirement planned for, education for future kids planned for etc, and still had a surplus, I would definetly be modding/buying cars with that money. However, being a new graduate in todays economy is a reality check. We just went under contract for a house, and started up 401ks, and life insurance etc. Once I get a job, and we get comfortable with our new financial obligations, the mods will come. Being a grown up kind of sucks.
  20. Thanks for making up for my lack of power:eek:
  21. yep, I locked in at 4.875. They were 4.75 the day before we locked in, then went up to 4.875. I locked it because I am NOT a risk taker. lol Probably could have floated to get 4.75 again, but I felt better knowing i got 4.875 than risking it for a 1/8%
