  1. I feel there are plenty of buttons being pushed here, now.
  2. I've had the same issue. Also, keep in mind that foil type, like the Braun, work well when using in a straight, back and forth motion. While the rotary blades like those found in the Norelco and others, should be used in a circular motion to shave your face. Doing it any other way asks for trouble. Anyway, just a thought that many don't consider when purchasing.
  3. Here are two other choices that are supposed to be really good that aren't Braun. I had a Braun one saved, I thought, but can't find it, now. I picked the three of them after a bit of research. Again, can't find the Braun link, now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002N5MHLK/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=42DGIKJZTPS8&coliid=I1OV1OXZNKAH6F https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00QYOTA7A/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=42DGIKJZTPS8&coliid=I1I49GZOV53ES7&th=1 It's been awhile since I checked around for some good ones, though. They're might be better choices at this point. Also, keep in mind that like many appliances, the base models are basically the same as the high end minus the extra features; to a certain point. With a bit more research, you can find what's important to you and save a few more bucks. Also, either Panasonic or Philips Norelco has these massive coupons every so often.
  4. A really good one is well over a $100. I've been on the fence, too. I need a new one, but have been considering my options, as well. F'n hate shaving.
  5. I mean, if you're gonna do one; gotta do the other. I personally no longer watch The Daily Show.... Suddenlink doesn't carry CC where I live.
  6. You're just wasting your breath. Don't you know everyone is physiologically identical and is affected the exact same way as every superhero who climbs onto this forum?
  7. Can't imagine the gas mileage will be great on any of those. (Going to be hard to find a good awd car that also gets 28+, anyway, though.) Forester looks nice, though. CRV will get better mileage than any of those listed, I would think. Ad for the Caliber says it has a CVT? Wasn't aware they came with those. If you do look at these, don't forget about its twin, the Pontiac Vibe.
  8. As far as this NFL thing, big f'n deal... They have equipment rules, it's not personal. As far as this statement goes: "If the league supports breast cancer by allowing the players to wear pink in October, then it is only fair that the league allow players to support and remember the attacks on 9/11." Not the same f'n thing. As far as the shoes themselves? Who gives yet another fuck? Those are not "US flag" shoes, they're merely "patriotic" at best. I'm off to worry about important things, now. Have fun taking sides.
  9. Saw this first thing while on the toilet this morning. Ruined my morning shit. Can't find drugs that good here. :gabe:
  10. Stop it. He can't help himself. It's a condition. Back to topic: Nice pics, man.
  11. Enjoying the read. Keep up the good work.
  12. That's kinda awesome. I used to be into these old K cars with the 2.2L turbos. I imagine there's still a hefty aftermarket for boosting them to hell and back... or maybe just a little bit extra for around town driving.
  13. I'd sell the Vibe if this Corolla were peppier. Love this little wagon. GLwS

  15. That's where the last f'n puzzle piece went...
  16. That wheel hop could be wheel imbalance issues, bad alignment, a wheel runout issue. Shit, the more I think about it, the more little shit it could be but I have no actual experience concerning the problem. Good luck. Let us know when you get it figured out. Do both sides do it equally? May have nothing to do with it but did you have to run your driveshaft at an unusual angle or the like?
  17. What lip do you have planned? A good lip would really help balance that front end, imo. Congrats. Dig the color, of course.
  18. How come only the driver gets a Depend® dribble cushion on their seat? I would think with my driving, my passenger would need it more than I.
  19. Sadly, you don't know the half of it and most people don't. It's easier to ignore or to pretend that it's not a problem in our country so it always comes as a surprise to those uninformed who might actually care. I'm no longer amazed at the amount of opinion and resolve so many others in this country have about this kind of shit but have never experienced it in any form on their own. It's also very easy to see who falls into that category the moment they open their mouths. (This isn't directed at you Ryan, just using your quote as a jumping off point.)
  20. Haha I wonder how many in here know what Fritz the Cat is.
  21. Thought you needed cheap plow equipment... Was going to offer myself. GLWS! Bumpy.
  22. Let me be clear, we all weren't best friends or anything. I meant them after Richard (Bushwick Bill) joined. This is when there was quite a bit of shifting within the group. I was not privy to inside shit or anything. More like acquaintances as we had some shared connections and attended a few of the same parties. Soo many years ago; simply another lifetime ago. Man, has me thinking, now... Whole 'nother person back then.
