Two things I have found helpful in those cases; 1. Electrical Muscle Stimulation . A portable EMS unit can help stimulate muscle activity to prevent muscle atrophy if a long healing time occurs. 2. Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) Unit. If you have pain associated with it TENS can help control the pain with out the medications. But the key factor is time.

I think you guys are forgetting the other taxes like sales tax, gas tax, property taxes, and so on.

I doubt that cop have killed 370 people with a gun in that period of time. On top of that, the tasers are being used when a little talking could do the job just fine. Some of the deaths have ocured while the suspect is already restrained, and the Cops keep using the taser for no good reason. IMHO, they should be charged with murder. Even though they have a badge they should be held to the same standard anyone else is.

I agree. You do not have to sign a ticket. The Cop was being badge heavy, and wanted to flex his attitude. Did you listen to him tell the other cop at the end what happened? The cops story did not match the video.

Here is an example of a cop willing to use a taser instead of using his mouth to settle a question from a speeder. I have several sheriffs that are patients. One was telling me last month that he was very excited that they are getting tasers in the next couple of months. I just shook my head and walked away. Warren Ohio....
