  1. come on guys i'm willing to wheel and deal. I need to buy more parts!!
  2. ya i sold those wheels for ever ago.
  3. Hypertech III programer, unlocked. works for auto or stick GT. only 6 months old. $150 obo Jeg's Axle backs, only used for a few months. SS tips, sounded good, only a little louder than stock.http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS-Performance-Products/JEGS-2005-10-Mustang-GT-Muffler-Back-Exhaust-Kits/758651/10002/-1, first ones on the page. $150 obo would trade for other stuff for a 06 GT, guns or guitars.
  4. Thanks for everyones thoughts. Even though i think i'm going with a SCT and mail order tunes i'm looking to do a xpipe and 4:10's in the near future. This mod will open the door for more to come. A little at a time. With a SCT i can do a offroad x pipe, and change the gearing, plus when i jump to personalized dyno tunes i have a device that is capable of such. Again thank you for any thoughts shared.
  5. out side of the exhaust i can say that there is most definitely a diffrentce with every mod i have made, a CAI and the tuner being the largest two.
  6. When i called around to get some prices, I was told anywhere from $500 up to $600 for a handheld tuner, three dyno runs and a custom tune. Does that sound about right?
  7. I've been looking online and found what i think is a pretty good deal, if you buy a SCT programmer from American Muscle you get "customized" tunes for your car. Does that seem like a "decent" option?
  8. I looked at doing that. The off road x pipes are about $150-$200, no problem, but i don't think they would work with the tuner that i have. If i do go that route, i'd have to get a new tuner, would the SCT be the better one to go with? I called around about getting my car dyno'd and tuned and decided that was a bit out of my reach and i still plan on doing more mods and don't want to have it tuned multiple times.
  9. Well guys looks like the Mustang is in need of another modification, or at least I am. I've got a K&N FIPK air intake, Pypes Violator axle backs, an TB spacer and a Hypertech programer. I'm looking for some thing sub $450, that would make more power. Here's a few things i've researched -Coil packs (any of them better than another?) -Ford Racing X-pipe kit (re uses factory cats) -62 or 64 throttle body -different tuner (sct?) Let me know what you guys think would be worth while modifications, or if there's something a little out side of my price range that would be worth saving for.
  10. I like using a dropper, or turkey baster depending on the size of the holes. You need to fill each individual hole. DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR CLOTHES!! i have a whole closet filled fill holed up clothes from filling batteries at work all day.
  11. every time i drive by a Pruis i have the urge to turn up the chip on my truck and smoke them out. They piss me off. I don't care how much diesel or gas costs, i'll still be driving my truck or mustang.
  12. all the customers i talk to that have them love them. I'd own one if i found one in my price range, which most likely wont happen. they handle well once you get used to them and they have plenty of power with that rotax motor. I don't care for the touring version, but the roadster one is pretty sweet.
  13. looks good. need to black out that grill now.

  15. just another tid bit of info, these are able to be ridden at Wayne since it is less than 50 inches wide. awesome rides!!
  16. I love driving my mom's, thing is nasty fast for what is is ( S model) and hides it's weight well. the 8 speed auto is a pretty cool gearbox and shifts like butter weither in auto, auto stick or tiptronic mode.
  17. I'd look in to a different intake, and if you can find a stiffer fuel pressure spring to give it more juice.
  18. f250 7.3 powerstroke amsoil 15w40 full syn with amsoil filter 06 mustang gt amsoil 0w20 full syn or mobil 1 5w20. amsoil ea0 filter or k&n. bike and quad get amsoil 10w40 full syn and k&n every time. from everything i've seen, Amsoil and mobil are the "best" oil out there, plus i get great prices on amsoil since we sell it at work. I won't skimp on oil or filter period.
  19. sounds iffy, if i get another project bike i'll try it on the exhaust.
  20. looking for a barrel (used preferred) for my Winchester ranger 120 12ga. I believe I can also use a 1300 (none defender) barrel. It has a MOD on it now, looking for something with a wider pattern, or capable of using chock tubes for skeet shooting.
  21. Wal-Mart had a good deal in 12ga boxes, 100 rounds for 22.95. It was Winchester and some other brand, 7.5,8 and 9 shot.
  22. I got a off brand one from waterbeds and stuff three or four years ago, I will never own another mattress. It is amazing, and plagues my life, every time i go out of town i can't sleep because the mattresses never meet the comfort of my own. Even though it was a generic brand it was around $800-900 out the door.
