  1. look hard, and be patient. i bought my '05 M6 GTO 1.5 years ago. i found it off of ebay in wisconsin--he had a starting bid at 22,500, and no one was biting. i offered him $21k, and the next thing you know i was flying out to wisconsin. it had 10k miles on it, and has been perfect. these deals are out there with the economy the way it is
  2. their food is o.k. us fat-ass columbus folk love the massive portions--that's all. their wings are big, and burgers massive. the quality of food is o.k., nothing spectacular--and yes, the wait is that long every weekend

    new guy

    who are your friends?
  4. checking in at 229lbs. 18lbs lost, and 24 more to go.
  5. 5 guys ftw. honestly, the burger i miss the most from columbus is from ted's montana grill.
  6. go with an LS2 goat. its an incredible daily driver, and takes mods well. i've got catback, intake, tune, shifter, and put down 375rwhp. the interior is very 'un-gm', and the ride is great. and you can absolutely embarass GT's all day long.
  7. 5 guys is incredible. they're all over florida--and i've been going for the last 6 months. great, great burgers, and well worth the price
  8. yeah, those look pretty damn good
  9. home depot--$3.49 per bucket. i made the mistake of using one of my car wash buckets one time--soap residue in the new water=not good

withholding rep until i get a measurement on the diameter of the fart can. otherwise, nice car.
  13. yeah, i know. i'm enjoying it while i can.
  14. i drive my GTO daily--375rwhp. comfortable as can be. i wouldn't call it high horsepower either--i just have a catback/filter/tune--its a heavy car. i have no problems driving this car on long drives either. i choose not to drive it in shitty weather, because i still have a beater for that.
  15. nevermind, video i was looking for got deleted from youtube-i'll keep looking, its worth seeing edit:: found it. watch the whole thing, well worth it. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xwhhm_rendezvous-de-claude-lelouch_auto background:: The French cult classic C'était un rendez-vous, or just simply Rendezvous. On an August morning in 1978, French filmmaker Claude Lelouch mounted a gyro-stabilized camera to the bumper of a Ferrari 275 GTB and had a friend, a professional Formula 1 racer, drive at breakneck speed through the heart of Paris. The film was limited for technical reasons to 10 minutes; the course was from Porte Dauphine, through the Louvre, to the Basilica of Sacre Coeur. No streets were closed, for Lelouch was unable to obtain a permit. The driver completed the course in about 9 minutes, reaching nearly 140 MPH in some stretches. The footage reveals him running real red lights, nearly hitting real pedestrians, and driving the wrong way up real one-way streets. It's a simple enough story- a man drives his car at breakneck speed through the streets of Paris to join his date, burning through red lights and traveling up one way roads to get to her as quickly as possible. Upon showing the film in public for the first time, Lelouch was arrested. He has never revealed the identity of the driver, and the film went underground until a DVD release a few years ago
  16. educated adults rarely get into fist fights--it just doesn't happen. when was the last time you saw two guys in suits or ties brawling it out. if you're serious about being a fire-fighter, then you need to avoid conflict-- 1) contact the police, file a report--that way there's documentation should you be absolutely forced into a fight 2) avoid the environment where you see him. stop going to those bars, period. fairly simple.
  17. looks sharp. definitely on my list of cars to buy in the future
  18. i have the 36" wide craftsman professional bottom box, and am extremely happy with it--grip latch drawers, heavy duty drawers--its a bit pricey $1200, but if you can find one used, that's what i would get for an entry level box that's better than what 'joe schmoe' has in his garage.
  19. ronin has the best car chase scenes i've ever seen. i'm also a fan of the movie, "the driver" with ryan o'neil. i have another link to a video that was shot in paris, that is absolutely incredible--a race car driver driving his ferrari to the max on public roads during the day--- it was shot in real time on a normal day with no restrictions/etc. i can't get to it at work, but i'll post it later
  20. that was hilarious. i can assure you, there are no female doctors that look like that
  21. i don't even know what the fuck jdm means, nor do i give a shit. $3k for 'puke red' seats?? i guess if you're dumb enough to buy a honda for performance, you can be talked into buying $3k seats
  22. i went to work, and am already home for the day. i don't even complain about it anymore, it is what it is. also, my girls are up before 7 am, EVERY SINGLE DAY--even if i was at home, i'd be up.
  23. scarred?? did someone cut her??
