  1. I'm about to find out. Weather says upper 60's/70's. I usually go in the summer. Took my kids last spring break and it was still just a bit chilly, I'm hoping I can catch the tail end of warm fall weather there
  2. Loooong winter here in Wisconsin. I think I'm going to get into snowboarding this year. I drive the gtr all winter, I just need to get the blizzaks on. Gonna run a lot on the treadmill and bike on my trainer---need to drop about 10-15lbs. I'm pumped about traveling more. Headed to Ohio next week for the game with some buddies, then Hilton head in November, Hawaii in January.
  3. the tires chirp on tight turns, especially backing up. if this is what you're describing as problem#1 then it is completely normal. cadillacforums is your friend. i never had any of those issues with my car. the rear ends on these cars whine ever so slightly. don't bother getting the rear end replaced as it will whine again---minimal whine, only noticeable at 40-50 mph when your foot is off the gas
  4. when georgia beats bama, your name is getting changed to joey freshwater FYI. its a much better name than jump'n'jive how the fuck did this thread get derailed?
  5. great, now i need to get some home wireless bluetooth speakers. do you think they carry the sonos stuff at walmart or radio shack?
  6. Clean car. I'm starting the hunt for a notch. That's about the only fox I haven't owned
  7. Anyone with a dual clutch want to challenge my Audi slush box?? Honestly, their 8 speed is epic. Can handle 1000 hp and I can BARELY tell the difference between the Audi and my gtr when I drive them back to back. If you want a manual, then you're out of luck. If you pass on the car because it's not a dual clutch, then you're making a mistake. On a completely different note, I've decided to pass on the mclaren p1, because I read somewhere that it is part electric, and I hate electric cars.
  8. Stickers add at least 150hp in that specific model, if I recall.
  9. Watched cfb live on espn2 today and god damn if finebaum wasn't slamming the sec for basically sucking this year. Can't get over that dude's ears. He looks like a monkey. Put him and mark may in a room and make them fight to the death
  10. two years or so. i'll be looking for one for sure. this caddy is still going to be rather slow relatively speaking, to be relevant against sports cars. it will be faster than most other SUV's and regular cars. won't be faster than the millions of V8 mustangs/camaros/mopars on the road. the jeep should be able to hurt some serious feelings
  11. calm down lawrence. my post was meant as a joke.
  12. who kidnapped geeto67 and is posting from his account??? i agree 100%. cars for me is a hobby. some people spend money on cars, some spend it on drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, boats, women, real estate, i could go on and on. as long as the percentage you spend on your hobbies is not a problem, i don't see an issue. i love being able to essentially buy a new car every year, have a full warranty, and enjoy the latest sports cars. i can't remember the last time i kept a car long enough to need a brake job or battery. i know there's a hit i take as the initial owner---doesn't matter to me. anyone want a 'lightly used' c6z?? :lolguy::lolguy: only sharted in twice. never seen rain, never revved past 3500rpms, (never spun out on my driveway and ended up 50' into my neighbors front yard). i'm looking at GT350's and new z's. just kidding, but not really
  13. Yep, that's my 'Thursday' car. Accidentally sharted in it last week, but yolo!!
  14. Shit, I have a 5 right now for the last 3-4 years. Fits in my cup holder, does everything I need it to. Can't remember it ever crashing, otter protector has lasted the entire time. Damn thing has been dropped a million times, run over, and won't die. I never updated the newer software that ruined a lot of people's phones. Only thing I'd love to fix are the asshole U2 songs that were forced on everyone.
  15. i'm thinking of getting a rear tail light modification for my audi. it basically makes the tail lights strobe from the center to the periphery. its not a cheap mod, some say it will cost $8k. i can't watch the above posted video at work---does it say anything about spending $8k on a tail light modification on a new car??
  16. have to agree with this. when i want a full package with a warranty, the only thing that works for me is something put out directly by the company--- that's why i love my raptor, i can get it serviced anywhere. the dealer i bought it from sells a ton of them and they install (under warranty) whipples, light bars, headers, anything. might pay a little more for the parts and the install, but zero worries if something goes amiss
  17. should give you some good material to work on for your buckeye victory dance choreography at the end of the year, ballerina boy. :dumb:
  18. i like the truck too much. hopefully they keep their value when the new ones come out. i may upgrade. there are plenty of raptor purists who have vowed not to get the v6 turbo, but we will see.
  19. my buddy just bought a '14 raptor with 14k miles on it, and paid more for the truck than i paid for mine brand new.
  20. Very cool. Congrats. Garage is perfect. Nothing more exciting than getting in a new house
  21. Jt Barrett 40 yd run and then td pass. Looked pretty damn good although vt has officially quit
