My idea that will never happen: Stop giving out citizenship just because you were born here. Make everyone take the same citizenship test immigrants are required to take. If you dont pass when you are 18, you can still live here; but you can't vote and you pay higher taxes. A citizenship purgatory, if you will.

That book is HUGE! most libraries have it in the reference section.

This is a weird request, but here it goes...... I found out last night that my sister's douche-bag husband has landed himself in jail again. Via the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction website I found out the charge mentioned is aggravated menacing, 5th degree felony, and that he was admitted march of this year. It says on his offender details that the committing county was Hocking. I went to the hocking county municipal court website and searched his name, finding two court cases from '07. The one is the same charge, aggravated menacing, but the disposition info is blank (that's the section that lists the jail time, etc.) My questions are; Would it be normal for someone to go this long from a felony infraction to actual jail time? Is it possible that there is another aggravated menacing charge from another county, and for whatever reason hocking was the committing county? Does anyone have any info on how I can get the full court records/police report from Hocking county? and Is there any services/site that would let me search for a full docket of this assholes arrest history with a name and DOB (or an inmate number)? I dont care if it costs. Before anyone asks, my sister won't talk to anyone about any of this. Normally I'd just say to myself, "she's a a tough girl, she knows what shes doing" but there's a 3 year old involved and I'm very worried about my niece's safety. Thanks for any advice.

The big deal was when Nike stole all the tapes, they made it a big deal. It became a legend when they were that afraid of it.

I'm not usually a Bill Maher fan, but his quote hits the nail on the head: "I find atheism to be a mirror of the certainty of religion and I don't like certainty about the next world because we can't know... What I say is I don't know."

I regret signing in to youtube to even watch that.

I always try to think of a story, and visualize it in your mind. Sometimes, if you are lucky, this will heavy influence any dreams you have and if you think of a pretty good, erh.... story.... your dreams will kick ass.

unless you set all of their old passwords to the same thing, I dont see how this is gonna work. Have you ever created a domain trust? you can have you old domain trust a security group from the new domain, and just need to edit the ACLs on the file server to reflect changes.

depends on the league. he was offside if an offensive play played him the ball, but stealing it from defense would not draw offsides in most leagues.

So running pirated software you downloaded from a torrent site makes you a geek these days? Call my Mom and let her know that computer I built her makes her a total geek. When my 360 failed, the optical drive started going out. When I called they told me I was past the 1 year warranty, and that the 3 year only covered the RROD and not any other issues. So, I put it in a trash bag, turned the thing on and let it run for about 6 days. It had the RROD after that and they replaced it under warranty.

While I'll admit it sucks, but I really dont see a better time to do it. when school is out there is so much less traffic on 315. Summer is the best time, even if its not a good time. The world doesn't revolve around peoples ability to get to football games.

I think it's state by state. IIRC, ohio can have up to 15% booze and the station DOES NOT have to have stickers informing you. That means just because they dont have a sticker saying E10, then it doesn't mean it isn't

I've been bicycling to work and I've found that talk radio helps me out. Anything with a beat makes me want to match it with my cadence.

excel usually dumps the auto save when you specifically tell it you dont want to save that file. The problem with computers is they do what we tell them to do, not what we want them to do.

video is lame, but at least the manufacturer is making fun of this guy too. Or maybe the whole thing was a successful viral marketing attempt http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miLf-bi9R_w

yea thats what I meant. Bikes cannot ride on the sidewalk in CBus. My bad.

The only provocation was that he shouted at me that it was the law was that I had to stay within 1 ft. from the curb, I replied that that was not the law and that the law says he need to be 3 feet away from me. I assume this is why he wanted to see how close he could pass me going well over the 35mph speed limit. Not sure why he needed to throw an object at me. regardless of anything, he very likely could have killed me. Negative. I ride to the letter of the law. Bicycles are not allowed on the street in columbus. **edit** yes I meant sidewalk, my bad. Bikes cannot ride on the sidewalk in columbus. **/edit***

I did file a report. I'm just a curious person who likes to have info. I'm a big fan of passive aggressive intimidation. I called someone a racist on an autocross forum once, and he kept calling me and harassing me like he was some big shot because he googled my name and found my resume. I found out his address and mailed(snail mail) him all of his court cases (he had a lot of DUIs and a had spent a few weeks in county down in florida) along with some other personal info I found out with a note that said "I can use google too" Never heard from him again. Anyway, if anyone has a hook up, let me know. I;m not going crazy over it but I wouldn't mind having that info.
