  1. The Noble M400 uses a twin-turbo Ford V6 and does 0-60 in the low threes. And it's only a 3.0. I have no problem with a V6 if it makes the numbers.
  2. I grew up in Portsmouth, and never went to Hickie's. Still haven't to this day. I've heard good things, though.
  3. Had mine built new, so... zero, I guess.
  4. My first thought was browser, but you mentioned trying both Safari and Chrome. I know Netflix used to use the Silverlight plugin, which is utter crap, and always borked on Safari for me. Maybe try Firefox, since it's another free troubleshooting step.
  5. We went on a Sunday evening and got seated in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic food, and surprisingly inexpensive.

    LTE speedtest??

    AT&T in Hilliard. http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/01/02/ff79bd8910772409cc7935b281ff3327.jpg
  7. I had some rotten spam company that got my number somehow and was sending me horoscope text messages, and started billing my account $10 a month. They had a "customer service" phone number listed in all their texts that, when called, just went to a dead end after several forwards and prompts. I addressed it with AT&T immediately and had the charges removed. Then they did it again the following month, and I had to go back to AT&T again. After that it stopped. No idea how people can get away with that kind of thing.
  8. This was my first thought when I cracked the screen on my iPhone 4 a few years ago. But here's what I discovered. The eBay parts kit ran about $88 for everything I needed to do it. The local shops that do the job for you charged a little over $100 out the door. My time was worth more than $12, so I just let it go. iPads are different since they are a more costly item, being as how they are not subsidized by the cellular provider. So if it were my tablet, I'd check the DIY costs first, and go from there. The job indeed really isn't bad; it's just whether or not your time is worth it. Let us know what ends up happening!

    PLEX.tv

Mind. Blown. Have to try this when I get home tonight. I've been using Plex ever since I bought a Roku a few years ago.
  10. I'm expecting this thing to line up directly with the Golf R - except with another 50 or so horses. $37.5-$40k. http://www.caranddriver.com/volkswagen/golf-r
  11. A couple of months ago at NTR: http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n188/bennett9000/Cars/Bullitt/2014-09-24-190153a_zps4a1fb42e.jpg
  12. A Chromecast will put any Chrome browser window from your computer of choice onto your TV.
  13. With mine and the GI Lymphoma, my female would get out of bed and puke every morning, like clockwork. No other symptoms. Happy, healthy and energetic as always otherwise. And she remained so until the chemo, which completely annihilated her.
  14. I lost both of my Bull Terriers to T-Cell Lymphoma. Our girl got chemo and lasted 4 months after diagnosis. She was 9 years old. Lost my boy a year later; he made it about 3 days. Chemo is almost as bad as the disease itself. Horrible, horrible stuff. They both had gastro-intestinal lymphoma. Nasty stuff. Pray you have B-Cell Lymphoma; much more treatable. MedVet is good people. You have the best chance with those guys. Good luck.
  15. The box connects to your HDTV and has its own remote control. It keeps everything centralized and affords some conveniences that you don't get by just plugging in a computer to your tv.
  16. Me too! My dad bought one brand new in 1980; an X-11 notch 4-speed. It was pretty old by the time I got my license, but he drove that thing to almost 300,000 miles.
  17. I would bet it will be priced as close to Z/28 money as possible...
  18. Nice! Thanks for the heads-up. I had no idea.

    Walking Dead

There was a bit of dialog in the episode about "Jim"(?) (I think that was the skinny guy from sesason 1 who they dropped off on the side of the highway, from Dale's Winnebago) taking a couple of days to turn.

    Walking Dead

Kirkman addressed that on Twitter as well, stating that it was definitely NOT Negan.
  21. Tuesday. Well, the press event is Tuesday. Actual release date may be later on.
  22. I use the Plex app on the Roku to stream pretty much anything from my Mac at home. I have a Chromecast too, but rarely find any reason to use it, especially since my previous-gen Roku now has the YouTube app.
  23. I've been with WOW for like 15 years now. I never have any problems with the service, but they do try to jack up my price all the time and I have to call and complain to get it back down. I guess that's how you show your appreciation for long-term loyal customers - soak 'em! On topic, I have a couple of Roku's as well, but I HATE watching news and sports, so that's not an issue for me. Although there are several news channels available on Roku, as well as the Ustream live "newscaster" aggregator channel with lots of different local live streams from NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox affiliates all over the country. As far as TV shows go, the only good option there is Hulu+ for getting things in a timely fashion. Netflix and all that usually don't make episodes available until they are out on DVD. Amazon Prime Instant has a decent TV selection too, and it's a little more timely than Netflix. They have HBO content, too, which is rare.
  24. LOL, well, it's the wife's daily, and she seems to like it. It really is SILLY to drive; I'd love to bring it out to autocross sometime. Should be fun. Thanks!
