  1. Yeah, I think I should. Somewhat "out of harm's way" that way. Didn't mean to threadjack, Scott.
  2. Scotty, if you decide to cut the cruise short or finish up early, I'm buying the TV today for the hangout and need help handling it (55" TV, about 75 lbs). Loading it at Costco at Polaris and unloading it at the garage. Timeframe anywhere from 3-6 p.m. and should take only an hour. Text me for info: 740-405-5565. (Just in case you're looking for something to do)
  3. Welcome to CR, George. Pics will make the intro perfect. Your cars sound great. I look forward to meeting you and seeing the cars at a CR track day/meet/event sometime soon. + rep
  4. Fill one side with Oxycontins and the other side with Ativans ...... those club memberships will be selling like hotcakes.
  5. I'll take the last fully operational (both sides lock) one.
  6. One of the best businesses I've had the pleasure to do business with. Highest recommendations. Thanks for your continued support of CR!
  7. in process now of moving furniture ..... gotta buy some more chairs, install TV ...... lots of the little stuff
  8. I wish the "clubhouse" were done. This would be the perfect night for a meet there. Warm, dry, movie on the big screen, pizza ......
  9. At HD @ 9:10? Makes me sad.
  10. In addition to the front and side air bags, the Bentley has an overhead airbag as deployable rollover protection. Any idea if the rules would accomodate that? I'm guessing not. Worse case scenario, Bentley has a bespoke roll cage and seat-mounting bracket made from T45 with heavy density padding, covered in rhino hide with hand stitching. The custom race seat has additional bolster travel but at the expense of deleting the A/C and massage features. And the rear mounting points require de-activating the surround speakers in the rear and blocks the rear passenger reading lights. I realize that it takes sacrifice, but I'm not sure that it would be worth it.
  11. Here's a short feature on trying to get four stock supercars up to 200 mph in the mile: http://tothefloor.com/200mph-in-a-slr-ferrari-lamborghini-mclaren-bentley-race/ Not as easy as some make it out to be. The Bentley tries at 6:30.
  12. You ain't gonna troll me and you sure as hell ain't gonna roll me .... :fuckyeah:
  13. It'll be a blast being able to open 'er up for more than just a few seconds. I just hope there's a couple of miles of shut down.
  14. You don't need an open flame, silly. Gas stove works great (takes about 2 mins); I use an electric range at home. In Northern Africa, they sat the ibrik on the sand in the sun and it worked fine. Bottom line is that any heat source works (e.g., turbo intercooler).
  15. So ...... you're buying an expensive, poorly-rated, breakage-prone gadget that looks as if it's a Star Trek prop so that you can make k cups that "don't taste that bad." Where did the best cup of coffee you ever had come from? http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/ibrik05.jpg $18.00 on the internet and it'll last a lifetime. Secret: to make one cup of coffee at a time, only pour one cup of water into it.
  16. Welcome to CR, Matt. Nice rides. Your bike photo reminds me of this: http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/repsol.jpg Hope to see you at some meets, events, and track days. Introduce yourself around. + rep
  17. Yes, yes, thank you so much. I remember that view of your Camaro. It was in the parking lot, after you blew up racing my Benz at NTR, and you were waiting for a trailer, right?
  18. Hmmm. Not sure if I would have let that cat out of the bag until after I had gotten out of the Oven.
  19. Have we met? Your name sounds familiar, but I don't remember you.
  20. Patrick, come back in and tell the story ....... with pics, please.
  21. Silly. I only have one strand of hair, but I cunningly comb it in a swirl to fool people into thinking that I haven't started losing my hair.
