3. Been thinking about a cookout/car show at my place here in marysville. I am 20 minutes from Dublin. I have plenty of parking and cool neighbors. I had a small gathering a while back after the roby car show and it went well and it was just on a short notice. I just need to get cought up on my work,the rain has really set me back and work out the details with the event coordinator.

Yeah, they do really seem to vary. I've had super nice, extremely helpful Union County deputies help me a bunch of times with cows, and they've always been great. Arlington cops always gave me trouble for no reason at all, going out of their way to harass me on multiple occasions for being a kid with a vintage motorcycle, old camaro, etc etc etc. Shame on them! You're better off looking for a v6 A4, as they hold up much better to abuse and you don't have to worry about K03 failure. At least there are tons of 1.8t motors floating around in case it needs replaced. Don't forget about wheel bearings, control arms, ABS module, o2 sensors, MAF sensor, instrument cluster, CV joints, and timing belt/water pump. Also check the head for oil leakage, and camchain rattle on startup.

The boxster S is a great deal for the mid-high teens you can get them for. The S is NOT as slow as most people may think (13 sec. car) and they sound super sexy. If you're a DIY-er you could pick up an older boxster for $8k or $9k, and swap in a 3.4 or 3.6 911 motor.
