All I'm saying is that I saw a team having to work hard against poor competition. Now...I totally get that teams play up to or down to their competion. OSU has always shown that behavior. But the top teams are clearly playing well above their opponents and for the entire game. Like it or not...when a team like Oregon kills their competition...doesn't even look like they are in the same division...but then drops one game to a tough team...they get respect. When OSU goes up against Northwestern or Iowa and struggles...well...you know how much respect we get. I even question how challenging Wisky should have been. Sorry Badgers. Also...I know the score tally. I'm talking about evaluating a team play by play. It cuts both ways. Some of our scores don't show how dominant we actually were. (Buff, Cal). In my mind PSU and Purdue don't give me any indication whatsoever of how the Bucks would fair against the elite programs this year. If anything...those games distracted us. In terms of my comments about losing a player...I'm talking about against real competition. I love the smooth jazz but unless Braxton is fronting that team...against a Stanford, Oregon, Baylor, FSU, or heaven forbid Bama...we lose and it isn't close. One more key loss on D....same. From the B1G title game on...we lose Hyde...wrap it up. Sorry. Is this a good OSU team? yes. Is it a GREAT B1G team...absolutely. But we are a top player or two from being considered amongst a whole other lower bracket of teams this year. Like I said...I went a few weeks just seeing scores and not snaps. When I sat and watched the actual play...It was a contrast. I even knew the outcomes and I was still sitting there nervous waaaaay too much given the poor skill of the other teams.

Something else I wanted to comment on. For personal reasons I've missed watching the last 4 OSU games live. <gasp> I haven't missed one in a couple decades but...couldn't be avoided. So, yesterday I spent the morning of my day off 'catching-up' on the games. WOW. The scores, record and media commentary do not tell the real story of an OSU team barely outpacing what is relatively poor competition. I haven't seen this many ugly wins since 2002. So, maybe we should be in the NCG race?! We lose one of three top players on either side of the ball and that team doesn't beat anyone. Sorry guys. Lifelong Buckeye. But I just spent several hours straight watching them face a variety of looks on both sides of the ball. yeouch. Let's just shoot for a Rose Bowl and hope we have everyone healthy AND fired up. Luckily our ace in the hole is that Urban is matched only by Saban in game preparation. I am worried about the team I just watched facing MSU in the B1G championship game let alone talking NCG. We all need to face reality. We are not among the top 4 in the country let alone the top 2.

OK...let's assume for a moment this BCS 'expert' is spot-on. First, an OSU/Standford Rose bowl will be an instant classic. I wouldn't put money on the outcome. However...look at all the rest of the B1G teams...I don't see a single win...not even a remote upset possibility. Total failure. So, if this turns out to be the future...get used to another shaming of the B1G in the bowl season. At least we can enjoy seeing Michigan destroyed by Auburn. There's that.

I will not be surprised when both Baylor and Stanford are ahead of us in the next poll. Meh...I grew up with the Rose Bowl being the ultimate prize after beating Michigan...so I won't be let down when we win out and come up roses. The BCS era has robbed me of seeing my team in the Rose Bowl too many times. I don't want to see it do it again in its last year. A loss to Alabama and more SEC shaming is not how I want to see our season end anyway.

Nice job OP. I just started running on the road this year. I played sports as a youth and have run a lot on treadmills since then. But my fiancee is a runner and got me outon the road back in April. I've done a couple 5ks and a 5 miler. Can't even imagine a marathon! Holy crap dude.

I've done a little more research. These are Modular concept 01 wheels. The valves are built into the ring with the bolts in it that hold the pieces together and look like one of the bolts. So, using the standard TPMS as a sensor AND valve won't work. So they used the band method where they strap the tpms to the center of the rim and don't use the actual valve. I think I'll have to order a new tpms and find a source for the strap too.

Not bad. I'm not a Mustang fan but this seems to be in keeping with their recent design DNA. Plenty sinister. kinda looks like it is chanelling some Genesis coupe vibes but that may be what the artist used as a basis for the adaptation. So, that could be waay off.

So...I was driving along yesterday and alarms started going off saying I had a flat and then tire sensor error. I killed the stereo as I slowed. I started hearing an evil metallic sound from the left front. But when I pulled over to inspect....tire seemd fine. Turns out the tpms was attached to the wheel inside the tire via a huge hose clamp and it came loose and was rattling around inside the tire. Tire discounters pulled the tire and remounted it without the sensor. They said they didn't have the kind I need. I assume it was clamped because the design of my wheel doesn't allow the usual valve mounting. Anyone have experience with this? Do I just get a new tpms and clamp it just like before? The old tpms was destroyed btw.

Another way to look at it...for those of us who care more about the Rose Bowl...this works.

I bought my rears from them as well as tires for my goat and superduty . I feel like a traitor taking tires I got somewhere else in to them. I guess that's dumb.

So I got a screaming deal on a couple front tires for the c6z. Saved like 300 bucks. I've always bought through a tire place. Where do you guys recommend I go for this? I'm an east-sider. Newark, heath or lancaster would work too. They are 275 30 19 going onto 3 piece rims, btw.

I was crossing sandusky bay on 2 on the way to my boat when it lit up the sky. Was so bright it woke up my fiancee in the pasenger seat. At the marina people were all standing around in amazement.
