  1. Thanks guys, I appreciate the input, I really don't have a clue. wnaplay- Price added, sorry man.
  2. McCoy is fucking nasty. This game is really fun to watch. RGIII looks terrible, hopefully for skins fans it's just rust.
  3. Beautiful car, good luck with the sale man. Wish I could afford it.
  4. I came across these while cleaning out my parents basement when they sold their house, I have never collected them and neither has my dad, so we are trying to offload them. There are a shit load of cards...probably well over 5k, but I don't know for sure. There is Emmit Smith, Michael Jordan, Evander Holleyfield, Junior Seau, Ken Griffey Jr., Shaq, etc. Basically, there is a little of everything. Most are unopened packs, but here is the basic breakdown: "Box 1" 57 Packs of cards (sealable sleeves) "Box 2" 50 Packs of cards (sealable sleeves) Hard cases of cards, some 2-3, some ~250: 15 cases 1993 Premier Packs, unopened (Green packs in picture): 94 Packs, 8x cards each pack. Comic Ball Packs, unopened (Orange packs in picture): 20 Packs, 12x cards per pack Binder sleeves, some have 2-3 cards per sleeve, some are completely full: 136x sleeves plus some that are blank for other cards Hard metal buttons: 7 players: Barry Bonds, Bobby Bonilla, Roberto Alomar, Robin Yount, Craig Biggio, Bret Saberhagen, Rock Raines July 1992 Legends Magazine, pretty cool 1995 Excalibur Series full box 1997 Baseball Drafts Picks box 2x Ken Griffey Jr. Hologram cards 1x 1994 "Post" Box set Tons of random loose leaf cards. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Baseball1_zps75cdf36d.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Baseball3_zpsab56935d.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Baseball2_zpse5605165.jpg I literally have ZERO idea what these are worth. Have a kid? Long time collector? I'll say $100 for all, but seriously, make me an offer, they are sitting in my living room and I'll be moving soon, need them gone. I can deliver if you're too busy, just let me know.
  5. This is kind of the response I was looking/expecting to get. I wondered how many would feel this same way. I certainly do not expect gifts from anyone, nor am I banking my financial life on getting tons of stuff. However, it's no secret that gifts are somewhat expected, so this was made with the assumption that some will give.
  6. Huge Bengals fan here, but they looked like complete shit the last quarter. Ray fucked it up for us with his last penalty, Green was a monster but made key mistakes and Dalton is still shaky with his passing (I get nervous every time he throws). Dalton HAS to be a better decision maker and not try to thread the needle on every damn throw. So many weapons but we almost looked cocky out there. Kirkpatrick didn't help with his dumb ass penalty to end the 2nd quarter leading to a free field goal.
  7. On season 2 of Breaking Bad...it's pretty good. I went through all 5 seasons of Sons of Anarchy this summer, new one starts tomorrow. That's currently my favorite show. Game of Thrones and House of Cards is next. Heard those are sweet.
  8. I found this online and thought it was kind of corny/cool: More than just kisses so far we've shared Our home has been made with love and care Most things we need we’ve already got Like a toaster and kettle, pans and pots A wishing well we thought would be great (but only if you wish to participate) A gift of money is placed in the well Then make a wish … but do not tell Once we’ve replaced the old with the new We can look back and say it was thanks to you! And in return for your kindness we’re sure that one day soon you'll get what you wished for! We could set up some kind of "Wishing Bucket" and make it a more fun deal.
  9. A co-worker of mine seriously goes to 8-10 weddings a year (he's at the prime age of 26 where all of his friends are getting married). He said that almost all of them are requesting cash only and it's becoming pretty common. He is going to try to get me some lingo from their invitations.
  10. Haha nice...I am reading some stuff online that is pretty damn helpful...just seeing if anyone has done it recently here in this area and how it went over. The last thing I want is for 100 of our family and friends to be talking about us being rude. Definitely not my intention.
  11. Getting married next May, doing all the planning and back end work now obviously. I've owned a house for 3 years and basically have all the stuff I could ever want that would be given at a wedding. Additionally, AAA is giving us retard answers on how to register our Honeymoon so people can pay for it saying "If it's only $2500 and you get $5000 you just get a travel voucher for another vacation". I don't want that, I'd rather have the $2500 in cash. Anyway, long story short, this wedding is setting me back like 10-12k and I'd rather have money above anything else since I honestly do not need anything. Is there a non tacky way to ask for "cash" wedding gifts? If there isn't, bring on whatever else. I DO NOT want to be tacky or rude, so if this is unconventenial or hillbilly, I'll move on. Thoughts?
  12. Haha no coke here. I'm riding the 20s thing as long as I can. I know it will end somewhere, but for right now I eat like a damn horse.
  13. As others have said, a strong Michigan/Wisconsin/Penn State may be our only hope. Michigan is pretty heavily favored (maybe not by betting terms, but my "analysts") this weekend against Notre Dame. Curious to see how they match up against a decent team. Our first test isn't until Cal, and still that won't be that bad.

Best post of the thread, especially with the Jerk it...haha.
  15. Nice looking car, I love the 4.2's. I know Steve-O is partial to the "Bi-turbo". I've always love the B6's.
  16. I'll take both...because I do it. 6 ft, 175 lbs, work out 4-6 times a week. Not a body builder, not a marathon runner, just someone who is healthy and I eat whatever I want right after a workout.
  17. You can also request the chicken fingers extra crispy, and they definitely listen. They are crispy. I like them the way they come though because there isn't a ton of batter. Worked out tonight and went and got a caniac with double fries, no toast and an extra sauce. Mmm
  18. My future father-in-law has some, alumni seats (actually pretty damn good). He's a professor there. PM me if you're interested and I'll give you his number. You'll need his BuckID and you'll have to return it.
  19. Yes, 100% haha. Cane's is awesome for post workout because the chicken tenders have some pretty solid protein, they cook without using trans fat (petty I know), and the coleslaw isn't bad for you either. As others have said, they don't use a ton of breading so it's not terrible. The fries are full of carbs and fat. It's not the best post workout meal, but it's better than a lot of other crap you can eat right now. And it's delicious.
  20. From what I saw we lost 2 spots and went to #4...did I miss something?
  21. I get a Caniac, 3 sauces, double slaw with fries and I add 2 more chicken fingers (yes, 8). I love Canes. I eat it probably once a week after a really good workout. No drink. It's like $9 but it's so damn good. Actually, sounds like dinner tonight, haha. Edit: saw someone else add's 2 to their Caniac...it is a shit load of food but it's so damn good.
  22. I'll take it if not wayyy the heck out there, my fiance has an Altima. Location? 614-309-2158
  23. The caviet is highest and best, best being the key. I have won a number of REO's because of cash, even if it was less than another offer (it's happened twice). NOTHING is final until the keys are in your hand after closing. It's a bank, you're fighting an uphill battle. I've lost a couple houses with 20k over AND cash, the market is tight right now. Real tight.
