It's a pretty cool car indeed. A couple of things bother me though, the owner said only the builder had driven the car, but goes on to say that it runs and drives nice. He had to clean off 40+ years of dust and dirt that was on the car, makes me think it wasn't regularly started and ran (that and the maintenance he recently did to it to get it up to running properly). My worry would be that most of the engine gaskets would be dried up and in need of replacement as well as any attention the transmission may need. It really is a cool car, but I feel this one would be a better museum piece.
