some headers come with out the bung for race applications, you may have got the wrong one or you may need to get a bung installed

you need to modify the bottom of the bracket for the ac and the o2's go into the bottom of the headers. he should have got a y pipe with them so there shouldnt be any rewelding he needs to do

actually a a bad egr shouldnt normally throw a code. my buddys 5 liter had no problems with this he does not have any egr related parts on the car nor do i on my and i have no problem jason from my personal knowledge is not useing all of his egr components, i know this because well...you know

if you knew anything about coil over your would know that the ride better than stock i put eiabachs on my first jetta (sportlines) sportlines and pro kits are not alike a prokit gives you closer to stock ride feel sportlines are a stiffer spring and ride like a stiffer spring but feel good none the less and on my second jet i put on kw coilovers on it, they ride like a cadilac and i can put the oil pan on the ground. its all up to you dude

Because the bolt is really really old and has been in their for probably 10 + years. Its Seized like a mofo. The threads on the part where is does stick out are totally gne from rusting. thats what the tool is designed for it will take it out

if your talking about that sentra in the picture i know of a sentra running 11's and is totally street legal...its a total sleeper

why dont you just got to your local hardware store and buy a bolt extractor, you drill it down into the bolt, its a reverse threaded screw goes into it and when it bites into it it pulls the bolt out
