the SDM must be replaced, once it sets a deploy code its locked. so front crash sensors, 2 bags, SDM, you might also need a clock sping.

they might not cover it because that was caused by a rock chip. rock chip = not warranty

you should have double checked. have someone shake the wheel while you watch to see what moves. also check your lower ball joint. you also need an alignment now since you removed and replaced the tie rod end.

12-6 = wheel bearing is tight 3-9 = tie rod junk. double check that is is indeed the outer tie rod end and not the inner tie rod that is loose.

are you checking tie rod play with the wheel on or off? it needs to be on and then wiggle the wheel back and forth to check for play. with the wheel off the ground.

+1 on the LS2 water pump. its a total of 8 bolts and the air filter housing. very easy to do.
