GM has pretty good stuff for a stock oil. after reading stuff online about people having issues with royal purple that test backs it up. i ran amsoil in my vette, ashleys cts-v and never had an issue. the top 3 are the only things i have ever used anyways. the camaro will get amsoil because i liked it from past experience.

is that flux core? those welds look a little cold for 1/8" plate.

for a frame KDS or Eastwood chassis paint is the way to go on old stuff.

PPG DP90LF is a black epoxy sealer DP48 or DP49 are the same thing but one is gray and the other is a greenish. then if its needing body filler thats done and then PPG K36 primer for sheet metal.

look at the sub floor and you can see they are staggered too. i can see it in the pictures.

just want to throw this out there. your not supposed to lay the backer down like that, it needs to be staggered like wood floor or drywall to help prevent cracking.
