  1. are you ever allowed to join in? we thought you lost all bike privileges!!
  2. I've been to enough police ranges to verify that this statement is not necessarily true.
  3. state 8 or rousch are ok, but the pony is really the way to go.
  4. too bad you're going to fail your ccw clas!
  5. I did, about 2 weeks after I switched to them no less. They were pretty easy to deal with, but the claims processor did try to make it a lot hard on me to do the buy bike (only 850 tho) so I ended up just taking the check. Didn't even raise my rates and gave me more than I was expecting.
  6. My cousin's backyard and yes you are invited.
  7. There are quite a few legal machine guns out there. I can't remember the exact numbers (which wouldn't matter since the ATF has admitted they have royally fucked up the NFA database), but its roughly equal to the number of machine guns in the hands of law enforcement.
  8. Looks nice. I've been thinking about HID's for my R6, but I've been waiting to see it done on a bike before I try it. Did you switch the projectors around so that both sides have hi/lo beam bulbs in them?
  9. +1 Ask shittygsxr how his leg felt after taking a peg to the calf, it wasn't pretty AND he had good race-type boots on. I'd hate to have seen how bad it would have been with crappy boots or only ankle support. That made me go out and spend the cash on some Sidi Vertigo Corsa's this winter.

  11. I'm an instructor, but I usually only teach during summer/fall.
  12. Anything more than 6 years old doesn't count.
  13. Oh, and I forgot to add, ask spz9 about what happens to crackberries when you drop them into a glass of booze.
  14. I typically go about a year before any problems arise and my clumsy ass drops my crackberry all the time. Occasionally, I even manage to accidentally kick it when I drop it.
  15. And if you are lazy, set windows to auto update. This patch has been out for a while.
  16. Not really. You'll find that by the end of riding season, you'll need a 3-5 month break from seeing us.
  17. I have a keltec P3AT, similar to the ruger. It's great for pocket carry, painful to shoot due to the low weight and straight blowback action. Like pauly said, going up to 9mm is a good idea. I like the Kahr P9 or CW9, the cw can be had for 400ish used if you look. A PM9 would be closer in size to the ruger.
  18. Oh I'm definitely doing a 6.5, but that lower will probably have a second upper in one of those 2 calibers.
  19. Don't encourage him! He was quick enough on the ST.
  20. Yea, "I was looking in my mirror for Tom and didn't see the curve" is not the world's greatest excuse.
  21. I don't think anyone is making a 6.5 specific lower. I just picked up 2 stag stripped lowers a few weeks back. One will go M4ish, the other will be long range, and maybe add a .450 bushy or .50 beowolf upper to that as well. I've really cut back on my shooting, but I'd like to do a bit more this year. Just not sure how much time/money I'm going to throw at it vs the track.
