    My AR

Looks really good. I like the color scheme you went with. How about some specs on the build.
  2. Oh god, Please dont, at least dont do it to a rifle or a precision built pistol. The below is not aimed at you Pai2ks. Just general statement for all. Like I said, Clean and lube the action but only mess with the barrel when accuracy starts to degrade!!!! If you can tell when accuracy starts to degrade, practice your shooting skills more!
  3. Thats not exactly true.. Ive seen vids from the ATMs of theives installing the skimmers. Allot of the new ATMs can be or already are tied into the overal survelience system of the Bank. WaltherGSP could probably provide details due to who he works for.
  4. Cameras are reactive.. I.e. They only look at them when they need to like when things like this happen.
  5. Depending on the timing, I may be able to get you setup with something pretty good and very reasonable. I have a friend that is probably going to be starting to teach his own trainings real soon. He is the real deal and gets boatloads of govt provided "specialized" trainings every year which is why he is considering doing it. I will send him an email. He spends about 8 months of the year overseas "contracting/consulting" for the govt. Carbine, Pistol, Precision Rifle He can teach it all. Let me know if anyone is interested.
  6. Enjoy your powder dispenser. Would you like me to send you a pic of mine again?
  7. The problem is this. If they get the skimmer, they can pull the data off for exactly what cards were compromised. The issue is that they dont know how long it has been in place and how many times the data has been downloaded and erased for the next batch. This is the reason they warn everyone generically and those for sure that they know have been compromised.
  8. You need the camfer tool for after you trim the brass to remove the nasty edges trimming creates. Camfering the outside of the necks is so you dont scratch the chamber, cut yourself, smooth extraction, etc. , Camfering the inside of of the necks is so you dont scratch up the jacket of the bullet as well as to provide easier seating when seating the bullet. You need to do both after you trim. Youre going to learn really quick how brass prep sucks.... get ready for some sore fingers..
  9. I dont want to spend my time or money to buy or build.. I want to piss one of these asshats off by taking theirs. The problem would be that I would have to notify and end up turning over the device because I wouldnt want something to think I was the guy coming back to retrieve the goods.
  10. You need to have a good look at them and if you see any lines that dont look right, yank the shit out of it. Some skimmers are entire faceplates so you wont see the openings indicating an additional piece. Allot are installed with strong double sided tape but some will actually run a screw through them into the plastic faceplate of the real machine. Also look for keypad overlays and anything that could house a camera for recording key sequences.
  11. Which is why I always grab and pull at the scanning device on ATMs to see if there is a skimmer on them. I would love to find one some time and take it for examination.
  12. Anywhere that has a good deal. Just remember when buying powder/primers online you will have to pay an additional $20 Hazmat charge for shipping. For local places, Fin,Feather,Fur has the best supply of reloading supplies I have found in the entire state and the prices are not that bad. I tend to order stuff when one of my friends puts together a group buy or dealer buy. Bulk .223 bullets are cheap. I paid $77.77 for 1K of 55gr FMJ the last order I was apart of. Basically breaks down to $7.77 per/100 Im guessing this is what you meant by the case depth gauge/trimmer (i.e. the longer silver rod looking thing) FYI. Make sure you get a camfer tool and primer pocket cleaner.
  13. how did you pay? just refute the charge since they are not what he said they were.
  14. Lube the action/springs, lugs, etc. ONLY CLEAN THE BARREL WHEN ACCURACY STARTS TO FALL OFF!!!!!!! My rifle probably only gets cleaned every 500+ rounds.
  15. Pass, And I know for a fact that im already on file with multiple 3 letter agencies.
  16. Yeah the extent of the talk was what Kawi would do and that I just listen and chuckle about the people talking end of days because most have no idea whats important. Those that dont already hunt, are screwed because you probably dont know how and cant hit what your aiming at anyway. Simple survival skills - If you dont have them, your screwed, i.e food, water, shelter, antibiotics, medical supplies. Go ahead and stockpile ammo and firearms, because you'll probably be dead before you get to use them. And the most important thing to have in any situation possible which im guessing many dont is....COMMON SENSE. regarding what to do, not to do, go, etc.
  17. Ive returned things there with zero problems.
  18. Since your loading for .223/5.56. (Bolt Gun or AR?) Youll get into the habit of picking up spent brass at the range that you can use yourself so.... MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE HELL OUT OF THE BRASS FOR CRACKS, SPLITS, CASE HEAD SEPARATION, ETC. Anything Berdan primed can break the pin on your decapper fairly easily since the primers are crimped in place. Ive broken a few. (Guessing you have a Lee setup). If its reloadable, make sure you full length resize any piece of brass that you pick up that wasnt fired from your rifle or else at some point you will end up with a round jammed in the chamber of which you will have a fun time trying to remove. What Trimmer and Depth guage did you get. And what are you calling a depth gauge? Go slow, pay attention, write things down so you remember for next time.

  20. Must......Not.........Buy........!!!!!!!!! That thing looks like some BA fun. Any idea of top speed, aerobatics.?
  21. SWFA Super Sniper scope, EBR, and Atlas Bipod. Good build there! Atlas Bipods are Awesome FYI!!!
  22. My understanding is that once the lower is marked Pistol, it can never be anything but. Form 1 is for home build. I believe he would need a From 4 for a SBR but like I said, the lower should already be marked pistol and then you cant SBR it. Edit - Just looked it up and looks like ATF changed their ruling in the last year so as Dale said, It looks like you can Form1 the pistol to an SBR.
