The most interesting part is that there are really 4 time lines, but in the movie we only see the first 3.

With helicopters, its hard to say that the speed trap is at a certain spot, rather, its everywhere above you as my friends have found out: Two friends of mine, got onto I-315 southbound at the Ackerman on ramp. An AUdi A4 and an MR2 accelerated to 120+mph and raced down to the 670 interchange where they were met by 9 police cars. Unaware to them that above them they were being watched until the search light pierced their moonroof/tops, the police helicopter had noticed their quick entrance onto the highway. On their tickets the officers wrote ACKERMAN RD concluding that they were seen getting on the highway and monitored until their arrest. Even though they were driving normally until the highway, they still got caught. BOth cars are of a dark color with no ricer mods. THe time was 2:30am. They both received reckless op tickets which they paid this Monday. $230 each. neither one received a speeding ticket. they weren't doing pulls, they were just having fun on the highways when there was little to no traffic. thats all i know on the subject. Just a friendly warning ...

what if im doing 5 over and the truck is doing 5 under while several MORE vehicles are matched with me at 5 over? which this is the case 99% of the time and in these cases, the truck needs to speed up.

im not asking why trucks are slow or do I claim that trucks ARE slow, but rather that they are driven the slowest out of every vehicle I meet on the streets. They are the slowest class of all vehicles I have ever seen and Im curious as to why they are driven so slow. I dont doubt that a truck is fast but rather that it is the slowest heap on the road. Why is that? WHy are driving so slow? What is going on? What am I missing?

SO whats up with Pickup trucks??? Somebody enlighten me as to why pickup trucks are driven so slow? Is there something Im missing???? Im not talking about the ones hauling stuff ... macs and pcs can all play on a network, they all use similar network protocols (obviously because of High speed internet) Macs are better. THey are. I own PCs cause i have a pile of software for them but if a MAC can run a windows program, than i have no doubt my next PC will be a, well, not a PC but a MAC. I used a G5 for video editing and it spanked the crap out of my buddy's Opteron setup.

THis spring I have a shorty planned and for one of the scenes I need two corvettes for the shots. What will basically be required will be planned out manuevers with check points and Two-ways are required to participate. Mostly passes, land changes, sync'd moves, etc. I have an idea of who will respond but this will be shot on a saturday or sunday during the day and into night fall for the light effects. If you can make it, please post it up and Ill schedule it in. Filming has already started but for the car shots, they will be used in 2 different shorts, but the 1st one is already on the table. If you have incar cams or anything to contribute, that would be perfect! OR camera mounts (even if borrowed). Im using Canon GL2s for this one. ALso being part of the cast you will get the footage raw and you can use it as you like for whatever purpose. Ideas are accepted, if you have any shots of corvettes you seen or want to see, we can go over it. Mostly these things are 40% planned and 60% luck/by-seat-of-ass type stuff. My best work has been from lucky shots. thx guys.

The burden of proof is placed on the prosecution, aka the city. THus, if they film a car running a red light, it is up to them to prove the person that was operating that vehicle at that time. ANd yes, put cameras everywhere, including your bedroom because we need to stop rape and incest and child molestation as well while we are at it. If you think, it only goes so far, or that it wont ever get beyond a certain point, you have to be the most ignorant person alive ... it never stops, it just gets worse and today its safety and redlights, tomorrow, its something else and after that and after that ... but if you dont care about tomorrow either, then fuck it lets sign up now!
