  11. sorry i forgot about this. pre order price to get the free backs will be $13,900 + tax, etc... my sales manager asid there may be a few hundred bucks to work with on these for OR members, and still get the bags.
  12. book value is 5900 for clean (just like KBB). so 5500 would be a good price to start i would say since new bikes are so damn cheap! so for the time of the year and what its worth. 5G would be a fair price. a steal would be 4500 or less! How ya been man?
  13. Anyone carve any good ones yet? here are a couple my gf did the past couple days... she always ends up makin some bad ass ones! we still have about 15 pumkins she'll be carving yet! theres another one of them wookies in this picture!! hahaha the wookie with its pumpkin... haha

  15. i will NEVER let them do that again and me not buy one!! haha hows that workin out? me too!!! for the price, its VERY nice!! we are only a few bucks off this, at this price. no joke.
  16. yah man, if you get somethin crazy that will be expensive to even make a proto, let me know. send me a pic or solid anytime and ill let you know! i can print it as high density, or low density. low density uses less material and takes less time. low density still uses a high density outter shell but uses more of a waffle weave in the middle to save time and material. but for fit and function, thats all i usually need. the parts i made really didnt make a difference, b/c they arent real thick.
  17. hey, if you need me to print anything for you, let me know. send me a detailed drawing, or a solid if you have it. email is greg at firstchoicepackaging dot com at that job.

  19. hahahahaha, that episode was fahkin hilarious!!!
  20. we have a 5 axis mill comin in a month that we just purchased, and we have had this 3D printer since january. it has already paid for itself twice with the amount of money its saved (just from prototype molds) and from profit b/c an aluminum mold that is 900 bucks to cut on the mill, for a proto, is usually around 100 bucks worth of material to print it on the 3 printer. ive printed off so much stuff for my bikes, and just random things, its awesome! hell the 3D printer, with warranty and training, was only 20G's. these fuckers were 60 grand 5-7 years ago.
  21. heres an update on my CR80. i bought CR85 tank, radiator shrouds, and fenders off of ebay for a STEAL!!! so this bike, with the powdercoatin, should look pretty tight when its done. especially after the engine is cleaned. and with the CR85 cylinder im puttin on it, you might as well consider it an 85! got the cases cracked apart and crank pulled. crank has some small marks on it, so its getting replaced. here is the crack in the case then, this came in at Schiets!!! Wiseco crank assembly. Comes with the crank, rod, bearings, seals, and gaskets. all for half of what factory parts are, if not more. Next, i have to clean the cases, get the crack welded, and put it back together. i will putting a new CR85 cylinder on this motor since itll be the same price as getting my 80 cylinder plated. Now, i just got done with the prototype of a rear axel block with SME spool/slider. here is the design... this pic is the stock chain tensioner, axel, and (partial) swingarm. the gold piece is the axel block i am drawing. It will use an 8mm SME Slider with spools meant for Ninja 1000's. with the spool/slider attached. our 3D printer printing out the prototypes out of ABS plastic. all printed now i just have to have our shop cut me the aluminum parts!!! (i am a plastic packaging designer full time, work at schiets part time, thats where im doing all this!) we have a 3D printer at work that we use for small prototype molds. if anyone has a solid model of something they want printed, let me know. ill let you know the price!
