  1. I was watching the race live and the two hours of red flag afterward...I had a bad feeling the first time I saw the wreck. That was one of the worst car racing accidents I've seen. Wheldon wasn't the only one that took a nasty ride either though, Will Power went through the air for a long time and came down really hard too. The catch fence was the gamestopper for Wheldon. When they put the tarp over the car and hauled it off on the flatbed my gut said he didn't make it. Especially when drivers were coming out of the clinic with tears and not speaking to media. RIP to the Wheldon family and the INDY family.
  2. They did my wheels for about $100 too if I recall. 3 years later and still happy with the job!
  3. I'll vouch for the service dept. Worked for them for a short time and all the tech's are really good guys with a lot of knowledge and do quality work. They've all been there for years and likewise have many years of experience. (This is assuming none of them have quit in the past year)
  4. Like Ben said. This is an amazing carb cleaner...More than just jets. Drop the whole carb bank in the tank with a bit of cleaner and you have clean carbs.
  5. I'll add to the positive reviews for No-mar. Great machines, I have one as well and it is awesome.
  6. Funny this was brought up. Ohio law is pretty clear and it's been beaten past dead in this thread. Clearly on a 4 lane road opposing traffic doesn't need to stop... So here I am living in TN now...Schools been in session all year and I have been passing busses just the same as in Ohio...exactly like the OP did. Well ok, about half the time, the other half I get stuck behind stopped traffic. Finally decided to look up TN law and low and behold, unless the lanes are divided by block wall or some other solid type of lane separator all lanes of traffic must stop...
  7. RoTC has been going on for years... It may not give sportbikers the best name, but it happens every year...I've got a few friends that ride in it and apparently the after party is a pretty good time.
  8. SpeedoDRD Better and cheaper than a Speedohealer. Supports a forum member as well.
  9. If you wanted to go over toward Dayton let me know...My father could most likely do anything you need. I'd have to talk to him and make sure he could do it, but if it was something you're interested in message me.
  10. Don't feel bad, Allstate wouldn't grant me a landlord policy on my home because the house was within 50' of a commercial property and the driveway was shared between the two. Then Nationwide wouldn't give me a renters policy on the place I rent because the prior owner had too many claims.
  11. G/f and I will be there. We're going to be at the track all day Sunday, but will be out enjoying the town on Sat night.
  12. It was Jarvis, jarvismb. He wanted to try out the new dirtbike tires I gave him for his rr.
  13. fwiw, Jeni's just opened up one of her shops here in Nashville a couple weeks ago. It's been getting positive reviews down here too.
  14. I have no idea, as I took the instrument cluster off and replaced with a Veypor cluster...didn't record the miles before doing so, then the Veypor somehow did a reset. So I'm guessing somewhere around 22000.
  15. Based only on the firearms I've shot... Smith and Wesson is on top of my favorites. I will also mention that my dad owns a Walther PPK and him and I have both put a lot of rounds through it and never had an issue, it's a great little firearm. My least favorite of what I've shot was the Ruger LCP, but mostly because it was just too small, it shot accurate and never had any issues.

    Ups

It's more than that, I've done that job years ago. What he said...The most hours I ever got was about 30 and that was begging. I worked 3rd at the airport so it paid I think 9.50 and my biggest check was 200 maybe...

    Ups

How many hours are you working to get avg paycheck of 500 and only be making 9.90...I don't think I want to work that hard...
  18. That comment just doesn't work in this thread... Based only on this thread your "man cave" is worn out
  19. It just runs a bit richer...I get a bit of a hesitation in the mid range that I normally don't get on a cooler day when the air is better. I've got carbs though, not FI. FI should be compensating and you really shouldn't notice anything. Even what I mention isn't worth mentioning as being down on power, it's just me being picky.
  20. It's a bit hotter and more humid down here and mine has no issues. A bit short on power, but that's to be expected.

    Dogs...

First, and its already been touched on...Well pit's are not aggressive, dalmations, basenji's, etc...are more aggressive than pits. Second the pit bull isn't even a recognized breed, "pit bull" isn't a breed, it's a mutt. Oh and don't come live down here, loose dogs and strays is an epidemic.
  22. I believe it's an epidemic spreading across the entire US..Cell phones and other distractions have made driving dangerous. Drivers are now using their vehicles as personal time and have quit paying attention to the road and surroundings. Nearly every day I have to avoid drivers that aren't paying attention to anything other than texting, talking, make up, reading the paper, even seen a guy on a laptop...
  23. Since I've been posting ride maps...here's my local ride route for this weekend Brandt, come on down! Here it is I'm all done with riding in Ohio, if you make it down to TN at any point lemme know.
