GS500, swap the rear shock with one off an SV650, you're good to go.

I do not know the name. I used them for about 2 years and have decided I was wanting to sell them. Do note that while there are tires on them I would very very highly suggest changing the tires before using them. Just to mention that while the bike does get better gas mileage, they are more matienance heavy in order to keep the costs of operation lower than the car(i.e. cleaning and lubing the chain. Most forget to do that every 500 miles and their chains last 4-6k miles instead of 15k)
