Make sure to check outside and make sure the vent is clear. My boss had same problem and there was a nest in the vent.

We went last year, middle of the week. Trailered the bikes from Gatlinburg. Not too much traffic. Only one LEO at the end of the twisties. More chrome at the store, more fairings on the road. And, yes, I took it slow. Was on my 250 and scared shitless but wanted to do it for me. Honestly, driving the F150 with the trailer was harder than on the bike. Stayed aware of those around me and pulled over on bike and in truck to let others pass. Overall a good ride. Wanted to go back next year, but now I dunno if they're selling beer to these ppl. They should make them trade their keys for a beer.

It kills me to see these girls all the time on the back with no gear. Obviously the driver should have on gear too but the passengers are putting their lives in the hands of these guys who more often than not ride without thinking about anyone else. I am a little offended by the fine only being $150!!! I had to pay $115 for going 63 in a 45! I'm pretty sure the next two levels of speeding were higher than that. On the news they asked him if they were racing and he said no. What a dumb question! That's just riding for the majority of ppl who ride like that! If they were racing, they would have been going quicker. That would have been a good response! LOL

Got my bike started after we got home. Had it on battery tender while we were gone. But then it wouldn't start again after I took it around the block. Back on the tender but time for a new battery, I think.

So our house and cars are all with AmFam, friend's dad is an agent with them. They also covered my 250. I added my F4i back in January and they got real confused. They just now told me it would be $1300/yr instead of the $300 they originally told me. This was due to when they enter the VIN number the program automatically checked the box for "superbike." Well, the agent said he could uncheck it but they still had it fucked up. So Bret's bike is with State Farm so I checked into switching. They gave me a great quote and said they could cover my bike. This was only like last week. So I cancelled AmFam, paid a whole year for State Farm. Now they are saying that Bret has a flaw on his driving record from last January so they are dropping my policy because we live in the same house!!! :wtf:WTF?! Oh and they are keeping him! They said they will only take my bike if we add a car too! Long story short, I need a new insurance company for my bike. Who else had good rates for bikes and aren't complete morons?

Used to park on the sidewalk at work until they bitched. Then they put mc parking in the farthest spaces from the building. Now mind you, I'm a chick (actually most of the riders at work are) and I get off work in the middle of the night. We never use them, just park close as we can. They have mc parking at WallyWorld?

I looked further into this group and one of the youtube videos mentioned that they give teddy bears to the children of the fallen soldiers but couldn't find any info about it on their website. I would love to be part of this as it sounds like a great opportunity to support our troops and their families!
