so if i dont pay off his lien for him, and he doesnt finish making payments on the loan, they take my bike?

ive gotten 50 on the low end and 60 on the high. im always riding full out on the throttle.

so when someone takes out a loan or lien for a bike, what has to happen for them to sell it? im looking at a bike and the owner says he has a lien but also has the title for it "in hand". can someone explain what it all means? also whats the diff between loan and lien, legally of course.

why do the officers commands have to be so complicated? the fat dude is obviously highly confused. on a side note, its gotta be hard lifting doughnuts from the box to your mouth. i bet cops have HUGE biceps.
