  1. Mine survived a 40 ft toss through the air... Hikers that go above ankle are usual when casual ride and not commuting.
  2. Sounds like a quote from Jessica Simpson don't it???
  3. I would have called the cops on him saying a bike was weaving in traffic and doing wheelies. Give them his description.. But only bad thing about that is it would probably save his life and defeat Darwins theory.
  4. I can't believe you forgot the Finger less gloves.
  5. Well if I vote Libertarian won't the schools need someone to help in the Library???

  7. I can't wait to ride my buddies Brock Performance ZX-14 (his 14 was Brocks development bike for 2008). I like bikes that look different as I still love the busa, and the old TLR
  8. I got one for you... Nelson Ledges Race course.... But can you get a landscaping and foresting crew in there first.
  9. Well if it isn't Flounder.........
  10. I didn't realize they made an assault version of the 500. I had the field version and it was a great gun and the thumb safety was killer.
  11. I saw a solar eclipse back in 9th grade. I remember we had to look through some ghetto rig glasses.

Nah it will save others from the strain of looking in my general direction and provide more oxygen to those who want it. I even know how to save the cost of the casket too.

And on the fat topic, when you have been over weight since 6-8 yrs old self esteem just doesn't exist, and for me will never come back simple plain truth.

No they will not get bored on SV. It is a very competitive class even somewhat in the Expert Ranks... They are very popular and very capable bikes. My times at Nelson on my 03 600 are 1:12 - 1:13 range, expert times on SVs are Doug Duane in 1:10 second range (he ran 1:06 on his superbike 1000) and mostly in the 1:13 range in the Expert class. The Novice group has a wider variety, but plenty of riders since there are a lot of 14 yr olds getting started in racing with the 650s. Power is fine till that person on the 650 passes several times ( I have come across guys on SVs at trackdays who were not easy to pass and been passed by some guys) on your new 600 or 1000.

To both of you, either SV or 01-03 600 is fine (SV cheaper on tires and less crowded Grids) but I strongly suggest getting a race prepped bike since it will be cheaper already have some of the goodies you will need. A salvage bike you are looking at $2000 at least to setup for racing after you buy it. You can race with stock suspesion but your better off getting a base suspension for your weight so you don't eat tires on the stock stuff.

I went from 270lb in 2000 down to 163lbs by 2003, and it didn't help my self esteem any so now back up to 215. Trying to get back down to 170s for racing this year, but I am starting to think I won't be able to do it.
  19. Yeah if you want new just cut them off. You can get just standard grips... Clip on size hasn't change from what I know, try Pro Grip.
  20. Easy outs work pretty good. looks to be similar concept as these. Even had to remove a engine mount bolt once with an easy out.

It would still be discrimination either way (look at woman's fight for equal Salary similar premise), and an infringement on people's rights. So if we get the law passed to go control that right then why not make it absolute and just keep them from buying it period. But then we have to throw in free trade acts and commerce related aspects...

That would work, A scale for the Shopper to stand on as the Clerk checks them out.. It measures height from a sensor and weight. If the ratio is a certain point it dictates what foods you can buy. though this could play hectic with the actual dense bone, and musclar types.
  23. I can dig up some of my Mags (even the British ones I haven't taken the centerfolds out of) and send them up to ya. Also I'll chip in some $$ for a phone card... Let me know.

Yeah that is total BS. And yeah it probably is getting to the point were some who don't need the cart are using it. Hell when parking I park in the back only cause I can't stand people who drive around looking for closer spot when I can park in a spot quickly and walk to the door before they find a spot. Generally I pick an aisle drive down it till I find an open spot then park no matter where it is.

Well some of the people who may use these carts may be overweight cause they can't walk to begin with. My mom is close that with all the times she has fallen and broken something (which 99% of the time) She can't work out cause her bones and joints have deteriorated so much. But even though she is this bad, the only time she has used those carts was when her ankle was broken (8 weeks in a boot after walking on the ankle for 2 months before X-Rays) and did grocery shopping alone on day off. Yeah some of them got to that state because they just don't care, or have given up (which I am not far from now) after 20+ years of being this way no matter what they do..
