Well that would be up to indy. Maybe hit 165 saturday, then head out to Indy Sunday and grab Matt. I will be taking my race 1k to him to check what is in the forks and a refresh all around. Then when I get the Traction Control unit I will get him to do a Map for the street 1k.

I have been on that road a few times. It is one of the better ones in the area. A decent loop is 41 out 125 on the other side of 32. Then over to 348 into Ottway, then 73 back to Rarden then out 772 back to Chillicothe..
  5. Ah the Karateka Hammer Time.. Great
  6. What size is the SHIFT Assault in Chaos Black/White - $50
  7. That is cool. I just love the Speedmaster gloves. I still use my Hayden Replicas from 5 years ago on hot days.
  8. Yeah I know what you are talking about I went and every corner had 1-2 ft wide rows of pea gravel all the way across the corners, and sometimes multiple rows across. I found that my favorite section of Stillwell-Beckett has been paved. Made me wish I had my knee sliders on when I saw it...
  9. My dad rides our pit scooter (Roketa 150) back and forth to work as much as his Tour Deluxe and TL-1000S We got an oil leak in it now. He says because the bike isn't stable it is fun.
  10. Roads like 732, Strubble off 177, 126, New London,
  11. They did this last winter. Made for a boring ride just trying to stay verticle with all the gravel.

    cincy?

To late E-Thug.. I is going to rolling past use place and get my step on...
  13. I don't know I used to ride to school when it was 40 out all through winter. But right now I just get cold easy, and can't have much fun when your cold.. There really isn't any fun riding when all you are thinking is man is it cold. That and I never rode hard enough to warm up either. I need stop running 22 that direction as I have never liked it... That and I hate that section between 10 and Falmouth.
  14. Yeah that was me. I have not been able to stay warm the last month or so, so even the mid 50s I was cold. And I don't feel right riding all bundled up.
  15. Yota had to go meet someone in Indy, but a buddy and I didn't run the route as it was Cold. Even with 2 layers and my winter riding jacket I couldn't warm up. We ran 17 to 27 then into Falmouth. Took the road at the bottom of the run to KinKaid lake over to 10. Then back to 22 and into Falmouth. Then we just hit back 27 to Alexandria and split there.
  16. Welcome and great bike you got there. Can't go wrong with a Shadow of any model though I like the Spirit the best and Sabre 2nd. Best cruisers Honda makes IMO beside the Valkyrie (bring it back honda)
  17. That jackets are nice, but a pain to keep clean. The vents are nice, the only problem I have with mine is the back pad rides up, but it could just be me. I think it will be better if I loose the 45 lbs I want to. Yes I know Duh. Lizard if you will seperate, I will take those gloves. I love the Joe Rocket Speedmaster gloves. My last set I wore a whole through the thumb and still use my old yellow ones for racing that are 4 years old.
  18. I like the open engine area of the 10r will help with cooling somewhat. The front end of the CBR is unique enough to me to like it, but I need a Seat. Yeah that stock Tract Control on the zx10r will be nice. Would save me $1350 that it will cost me to put it on the 06 Gix 1000 Race bike. But i am doing it. And I met let you test it out Lizard
  19. There is a guy that Runs Fasttrax and some WERA vintage races, he is 73-75 years old and is racing the same Kawasaki Z1 he raced in the Daytona 200 back in the 70s. He crashed this year at Nelson Ledges in turn one. He has already been back out on the track racing again. Hats off to you Bill Bloom.
  20. Yota I'll give you a call Saturday to set up a meeting place.. What area of Cincy you staying at?
  21. At those temps the drifting will cause our own manure to intensify the drifting... I may play around with spinning the rear some though...
  22. Looks like either day is about the same. Mid 50s and sunny at least. I figure a nice 11 am start Sunday will be good to get you back through cincy by 5.
  23. I thought so, but didn't feel like editing it... Was it Slaw who Flis was chasing at Beaver with Sheehan's quad???
  24. I won't be blasting anything in these temps. Just a nice smooth pace is all I will be doing. I try and make a screw driver handy and play with the suspension some. I am having trouble getting the front end stabilzed on this one. But yeah 165 was good, but almost too open. One reason I like 227 is you can run 60 ish and just be content leaning back and forth, or you bump it up 80 ish and be real bad.
