If I pass you there will always be lip... Just be ready casue once you low 40s it gets more difficult. Getting your bike tuned up (suspension) will help. but once you hit a point with stock suspension it will plateau. I know I hit 1:47 with twisted forks and swingarm, then next time out was with the new pavement, and immediately went 1:47, then 1:45 next session, then 1:42. Then rain. I only had a couple 1:39s and one 1:38, then a chitload of 1:40.(sub 5) the rest of the day once the tires started chunking.
