    Just curious, have you ridden one? If so, what did you think of it other than the suspension? Also, let me just throw this out there, when I was looking for a naked bike, there were no better deals to be had and second GEN FZ1's. It really is a great street bike for the money.

    Plus, you can always upgrade the suspension down the road. I have found the stock suspension on my bike to be more than adequate for the street riding I do.

    So what kind of riding do you do? Are you planning on taking this thing from the showroom to the track and flogging it? If you're just street riding, I'm guessing that the stock suspension will do just fine.

    Check out the FZ-09. It's much lighter and narrower than the FZ1 and is probably the same horsepower as your 750.

    The ninja 1000 is much narrower at the knees than the FZ1.

    I have an 06. I had an 06 Vmax before. Ive had the FZ1 for 4 years now. Longest Ive ever kept a bike and I still love it. The handlebars are my biggest issue. Not much to dislike and if there is a bike on the street it wont hang with, you're doing something wrong. Great all around bike. Very comfortable, handles well and stupid fast.
