  1. glad you guys are ok. i think i saw you around 215 on 70 going east today (i was going west), if it was you - bike looks real good
  2. usually any of the "mechanic set toolboxes" will get you buy on 95% of the work that'll need done. torque wrenches - micro and macro larger sockets - axles, steering stems, etc personal preference, but i prefer t-handle hex/allens instead of the allen keys that usually come with tool kits. pit posse has some great t-handle sets available.
  3. playstation network FTW! o wait...
  4. the coach that doesn't mind coaching through the potential penalties and post season bans will be one that truly cares about the job and the university and IMO be a great coach when all said and done. having said this, i personally wouldn't mind Meyer as the coach.
  5. same with meyer (<-- smiley of the day)
  6. the range of gearing required, at least for my bike, will fit a single length 116 link chain. from stock to -1/+2, it'll fit. i'm not to the point of noticing the difference in wheelbase length to care about those finite details of needing multiple chains.
  7. check out the install they did on my bike, 5k bulbs, morimoto ballasts, mini bi-xenon projectors. these products are quality and not a cheap knockoff that some other guys sell. great stuff and highly recommended write up will be coming within a week or so. got some high res pics to duplicate the look so i can put the stickers on the track fairings - nascar style
  8. how did gee throw him under the bus? i must've missed that...
  9. also, would you be able to pm price for your engine work and what you had done? it's cool if you don't want to my roommates just got a cb360 and it's only accelerating my search for my own... although it runs pretty good, the right cyl seems to be spitting oil.
  10. did you happen to order your carb from dime city cycles? what made you order 32 vs 30 vs 34?
  11. no they don't rotate with the throttle, they will just fold up in the event of a crash allowing you to keep riding/racing instead of breaking off and becoming unusable like most levers.
  12. oem - mrcycles anything else - ridersdiscount, stg
  13. ongoing. from what i've read, the police never showed.
  14. o i thought we were still playing the guessing game. i guess i win then.
  15. how do you know hayes doesn't use the tech? last i saw there sure were a lot of multi-colored buttons on the left bar of the #1 bike...
  16. edit: ah damn, had a whole spiel written up about how great active levers that gp tech sells only to realize you ride a lazyboy couch.
  17. the 4cyl can drop some weight, the 2cyls have to gain some weight. the three cyls - well they don't matter lol sorry adam i think this change will be just enough to keep the racing a little closer. the ducs have been killing it these first two weekends.
  18. http://www.roadracingworld.com/news/article/?lnk=rss&article=44538 cliffs: 4 cyls lose 5 lbs - 2 cyls gain 5
  19. pending weather i will make the saturday trackday. i was considering the wera round in west virginia, but finals are the week next.
