  1. Honestly, haven't been following the trial. Only things I've heard were from the daily show... (bad joke from z's lawyer) I'm not on the jury, so my opinion doesn't matter. I also haven't seen all of the evidence. I'll let them decide, and accept whatever conclusion they reach.
  2. My question... What does it matter? Does it piss you off that you can't say it? Do you feel wronged that somehow this offensive word can't be part of your public vernacular? Who in their right mind goes "man I really wish that I could say that and get away with it"? I have never had an occasion where i thought "i should really use a word to denegrate someone based on their race" Who cares if those it offended have "taken it back"?
  3. I'd street ride anything that will hit 55... I already have a bike that goes faster than I have the nerve to wind it... so I'm not so concerned about top speed, then again, these country roads are a little different than what most of you are used to.
  4. Once you have your bike packed and loaded, jump on it and ride it around a little bit, look for any little annoying flutter of a strap, or anything that isn't 100% comfortable. Long rides have a way of compounding annoyances. Wear your ear plugs, and enjoy the ride. do NOT try a new dandruff shampoo the night before the trip, theres nothing quite as annoying as an itchy head under a helmet for a 12 hour ride...
  5. also, if your revvs are dropping to idle, you're shifting WAY too early, or taking WAY too long to shift... wind it up to near redline, grab the clutch as you bring your toe up and as soon as you feel it click, let go of the clutch, should take less than a second.

Probably not, but likely some sexually liberal women, and alcohol...

Definitely not interested in mixing booze and shooting, but if you're rocking the CHL, and keep it concealed, how would I know?

Looking like July 13, so 1 month out people... Pm me for the address if interested. Per the tradition, free beer, other drinks, pepsi products, food, yard toys include 4 wheeler and go-cart so far, probably adding a klr250 if Ican convince kevin to bring it out... music, bonfire, various games and bs... always fun... Bring your tents if you want to camp out, or bring an air mattress, cushion, sleeping bag, whatever if you want to camp on the floor or in the garage...

Basically an updated ct70 with street tires, I'm onboard
  12. I'd go with this... Pauly knows his shit.
  13. My first thought was tires, might also be some uneven pavement...
  14. I've done an oil change on a truck, and completely forgot about the drain plug... until i heard a splashing noise under the truck.... what could that be? Oh... fresh oil running onto the ground...great
  15. For street riding, i just use the clutch, it's smoother IMO, and doesn't take noticeably more time.
  16. Just zipped home on the scooter, wind noise isn't that bad with just sunglasses if you can't go over 50... I also think the aeros play a role, my bike seems to direct way more air past my head even at lower speeds than the scooter. Maybe with a full wind screen, earplugs wouldn't be necessary at all.
  17. Put up an idea what you're looking for, maybe we can help look for stuff...
  18. I usually just squeeze the calipers back by hand, it takes a little effort, and time, but you run a slightly lower risk of breaking or bending something, I've also used channel lock pliers and a chunk of wood...
  19. I totally agree with this statement, but that's NOT why I personally wear my helmet, jacket, and pants... I wear them because they are comfortable. I can't tell you how many times I've hit chunks of gravel flying off someone's tire or large bugs including bees, wasps, hornets, beetles... I can't tell you because 99% of the time they hit somewhere that is protected, and I don't feel it.. the few times I've gone without, that shit sucked... Wear what you want, for whatever reason you want, I wear my gear because it's comfortable, the fact that it protects me in an emergency is a secondary function, a bonus... the wind noise without a helmet, and the annoying flutter of cotton beating your skin... not any fun for me.
  20. the backdrop is horrible... and the shadows make it even worse.
