yes, you most certainly can... usually they will not stick, but if the officer really wants to write it, he/she absolutely can. a few of mine were 79 in 55,(i believe they have all fallen off by now) don't think it's considered reckless automatically until you get to double speed limit (when posted under 30) or 30 over

Ban cell phones, they will read books, ban books they will eat food, ban food they will shave their legs... it will not end simply by treating the symptoms... I believe all the safety features and automated systems in cars have made drivers way too complacent... Leave the cell phones, take out the automatic transmissions, seatbelts, airbags, power steering and power brakes, let darwin sort it out.

Simple enough to build, stepper motor, pic timer. (maybe could even be done with a full wave bridge just using the 60 hz on your standard 110 outlet...) transformer and a very basic comprehension of circuit design, and/or programming. Either way, not $2000+ worth of tech there... Would be kinda fun to build out of motorcycle chain or something.... Ideas for future house...
