Your front and rear brake levers have seperate brake light switches. What you're describing sounds to me like the front brake light switch may not be hooked up or has a broken wire.

Well that gives me something to look for when I get home.

Your front signals and the front brakelight switch all plug into the same area of the wire harness. It's physically located under the front center to front right area of your fuel tank. Since you just put a tank on your bike I would look there for any abnormalities.

and it's fixed!!!! The brake light connections were just dirty and the turn signals was the wiring with wires attached together that shouldnt have been. Thank you Alan for the help! I now I have completely working bike!!!! :D

Also because I had the wiring figured out and fixed in 30 minutes.

I owe you a drink!!! Speaking of which, a few friends of mine and I are going out next Sat for my B-day if you or anyone else wants to come. Probably UA Pub.
