Possible clutch switch, or not sure if that bike has a "kickstand" down switch that will not allow the bike to start with the kickstand down?And some background, was everything functional, then a different tank installed and now it does not turn over? Did you prime the carbs? if your petcock has a PRI setting turn iton that for a bit and give it a go. Then set to on when it starts. If you dont have prime setting keep at it for a minute.
